So far so good but the mall is fantastic
Pros:

Bed is comfortable
Location is fine specially with a good mall connecting to hotel

Cons:

The service staff were not friendly to the guests. Especially those who didn't speak English. And didn't seem to have any desire to help the guests

Bueno y muy malo a la vez.

Excelente ubicación, excelentes instalaciones, excelente servicio en recepción, excelente servicio en restaurant.

Cons:

Servicio en lobby bar es pésimo, nadie se acercó a mi mesa a atenderme, después de un buen rato tuve que pedir que lo hicieran. Me sirven mi bebida y nuevamente se olvidan de mi, nadie se acerca a atenderme. Tuve que acercarme a la barra para pedir una nueva bebida; el servicio fué tan pobre que preferí pedirla para llevar, el vaso me lo dan sin tapa. Referente a la habitación; todo excelente, excepte los ruidos, literalmente podía escuchar a mi vecino "flushando" el sanitario, muy desagradable.

Muy lindo hotel, recomendado
Pros:

Las habitaciones son súper amplias, la cama deliciosa y en general todo estuvo muy, muy bien. El desayuno es rico, con mucha variedad, y se nota el cuidado en los detalles. La atención del personal fue excelente, especialmente con los extranjeros, siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

Tal vez un poco más de señalización, porque literalmente llegas al centro comercial y no sabes muy bien por dónde entrar o cómo llegar al hotel. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto.

SISMO MAÑANERO Y EVACUACIÓN DE SIMULACRO.

Tuve la suerte de que me tocara el sismo del viernes 2. por la hora, éramos muchos huéspedes y al bajar por las escaleras de emergencia nos enfrentamos a un asunto poco agradable, que agravó el momento de por si difícil. El personal que debía dirigirnos a un lugar seguro, carecía de los conocimientos suficientes para desempeñar dicha labor: estábamos a punto de llegar a la calle cuando un empleado del Hotel nos dijo que subiéramos al siguiente piso, y el que nos dirigía hacia abajo nos indicó que saliéramos. Ambos elementos se confrontaron y finalmente pudimos llegar a la calle que era el objetivo principal.
Otra inconformidad fue que solicitamos un taxi al Concierge y nos asignó una unidad que carecía del nivel que uno espera de parte de un Hotel de la categoría de ustedes; sucio, destartalado, mal manejado, sin el menor amortiguamento, en fin, una auténtica carcacha digna de un deshuesader.
