Best Location near Dontonbori and multiple shopping streets! free drinks and ramen!
Pros:

This property is in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping and spa/wellness services. It is clean, has a clean coin or app laundry facility and the happy hour drinks start at 3pm and all you can eat ramen from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. This was our 2nd time here and we just loved it! The staff are always great and helpful. They take care of all our luggage forwarding needs and they will call around to find you massage places if you are having a hard time and book it for you. If you stay here you MUST go do a 2 hour massage at Green Massage Shinsaibashi just a 9 minute walk from here.

Generally ok, but can improve in the food and drinks like coffee not great.
Pros:

Room size ok for wheelchair access, location was good, but we spotted a cockroach in the room, which show cleanliness was not there.

Cons:

Didn't manage to participate in the program as during the day, everyone is out sightseeing. It should be in the evening, when everyone is back.

Loved this place.
Pros:

Easy to get to. Staff were welcoming and were very helpful. Great location. Great outdoor smoking area and nice breakfast and the free drinks and massage chair is a bonus.

Cons:

My room felt a little stuffy and needed the window to open.
The bathroom is a little small especially if you are a tall person. I am 6.1 and I was an inch from the ceiling when you have a shower.

Perfect for a few nights in Osaka.
Pros:

Very central in Osaka. Loved the nightly experience’s, the free bar, the massage chairs. The room was a decent size for Japan. The staff were so helpful.

Cons:

All good nothing to dislike.

Excellent choice for Osaka! Close to transit and restaurants!
Pros:

Excellent location, well appointed, clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable! The late night ramen was great! Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance! Lively area!
