Gute Lage zum Ausgehviertel
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage mitten in Shinsaibashi. Dotonbori, Americamura alles sehr nah gelegen. Gratis Getränke und Eis den ganzen Tag über. Massagesessel im Rezeptionsbereich.

Cons:

Frühstück war nicht so besonders und das Ambiente im Frühstücksraum mäßig.

Metrostation in der Nähe, 5min weiter eine geoße Einkaufsstraße, sehr nettes Personal, für Japan auch große Zimmer, alles sauber, würde wieder kommen

Cons:

Leider war die Umgebung des Hotels etwas dreckiger und in der Nacht laut (Ratten auf der Straße), am Hotel selber aber nichts auszusetzen!

Great hotel and amazing location. Free drinks and ramen were great. Especially loved the gentleman on the cocktail bar, he was great.

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage unweit Metrostation und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Lage super, um Osakas Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Metrostation um die Ecke. Direktanbindung mit Metro zum Schinkansen Bahnhof. Gute Frühstücksauswahl. Abends kostenlose Ramen. Ganztägig freie Getränkeauswahl. Leckerer Kaffee. Früher check-in war kein Problem. Gepäckaufbewahrung am Abreisetag gut organisiert.
Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Essenssaal hatte etwas von einer Kantine, da keine Fenster. Trotzdem alles sehr sauber. Einer von drei Massagesesseln war defekt und die beiden anderen waren ständig belegt. Leider hat sich von den Gästen kaum jemand an die max. 15 Minuten Nutzungsdauer gehalten.

Really enjoyed the hotel facilities and location, it was clean and very comfortable. Very close to the station to the rest of Osaka for all the exploring. Great for solo travellers as you can meet people using their free drinks and free ramen facilities.

Cons:

Hard to fault this hotel, if I was being picky it would be the rooms had an outdated feel but doesn’t lack on equipment such as the smart tvs in the room.

You could smell cigarette smoke inside when you walked in. Not sure where this was coming from. The room was quite small and basic.

The location could not be beat! It was in the coolest neighborhood with a bunch of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. It was also very easy to travel throughout the city from where we were. The free drinks and ramen were a great addition :)
