An outstanding value. Fun hotel in a great neighborhood to explore Osaka from.
Pros:

Terrific area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary drinks and food is an outstanding feature. Bed was also very comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms are a little small - but that’s pretty normal for Japan. They are well laid out though.

Quick stay and go perfect … but for a cosy stay, here it’s not the place.

Rooms are like caravan, feel like to sleep in a motor home.

And the feeling in the hotel is really like come and go hotel … like inside a terminal of a AIPORT

A great hotel with clean rooms, convenient location, and complimentary amenities in Osaka
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff with a convenient location just a 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. There were independent shops and eateries nearby with a Lawson right next door. The hotel also offered free ramen and ice cream at night and complimentary message chairs in the lobby. It has a large lobby area with seats and places to store luggage for guests. Free drinks including tea, soda, and beer offered 24-hours was also a plus. The room was very clean and fairly spacious. They also offered complimentary umbrellas for guests to use which came in very handy as it rained for two days during our stay.

Cons:

A public onsen and sauna would have been a nice touch.

If we return to Osaka, we will return to The Bridge Hotel
Pros:

This property is an absolute find and we are certain that if we are ever to return to Osaka this is where we would stay.

The staff are wonderful and helpful (thank you to all of them), the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfasts delicious and varied.

What really sets this hotel apart though is all of the FREE extras offered to guests including the massage chairs, ramen, activities, ice cream, hot and cold drinks etc. There were also amenities guests could have (facial milk) or borrow (iron)

We felt straight at home and loved the personal touches throughout (including a wall of guests’ favourite desserts or songs!)

Lawson basically next door, 7/11 around the corner. Super close to Parcco shopping centre, multiple metro lines and Dotonburi’s downtown area.

We also had no trouble with noise and would recommend this hotel to anyone

I would highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was phenomenal.
Pros:

All around the hotel was amazing. Everyone was so kind, the food was amazing, all the little details were awesome.

Cons:

The dryers didn’t dry our clothes. The rooms were a little small with no where to store anything.

Pros:

Hotel bien placé à Osaka avec différentes lignes de métro accessibles à quelques centaines de mètres, de nombreux commerces (en particulier vêtement) également à proximité.
Personnel très aimable qui a pu répondre à nos différentes questions (transport aéroport, restaurants à proximité...)
Un petit déjeuner vraiment varié avec des sushis comme des viennoiseries
Les boissons à volonté le soir et les fauteuils massants gratuits en face de l'accueil

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite surtout avec un lit d'appoint et 3 valises mais nous sommes au Japon et dans un quartier très bien situé donc celà reste gérable avec un peu d'organisation
La salle de bain moulée en 1 bloc est un peu surprenante, il est préférable de ne pas être trop grand
Pour un hotel de 12 étages, j'avais un peu peur d'avoir de l'attente pour prendre l'un des 2 ascenseurs mais tout c'est bien passé
Un peu de bruit de la rue entendu pour le lit le plus proche de la fenêtre mais celà est resté tout à fait acceptable
