Pros:

It was very much in the center, easy to find. We were able to check in early, and there was a nice space to sit and wait. Massage chairs and extra toiletries were nice. Evening Drinks good, as much as you like from booze to coffee. Ice cream and noodles exceptional.

Very satisfied with the location, located right in the central region of Shinsaibashi and near to Metro Shinsaibashi.

Pros:

Приехали в субботу вечером, пока добирались до отеля проходили через шумные улицы, наполненные молодежью и барами. Было шумно, ярко, даже переживали, что поселились в слишком барном районе. Но в понедельник была тишина! Месторасположение прекрасное, рядом несколько станций метро, с которых можно добраться куда угодно. Дотонбори в шаговой доступности. Персонал отеля и доп. услуги, которые предлагает сам отель, выше всех похвал. Обязательно вернемся

Cons:

Все понравилось, минусов нет. Немного маловата комната отеля, но это нормально, в номере есть все необходимое и жить в нем комфортно

Pros:

Great location in a lively and cool part of the city, close to transport, restaurants and shopping. Free and unlimited beer, whisky, wine, soft drinks, etc. from 3pm to 9pm every day! Friendly and helpful English speaking staff

Cons:

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, toilet seat lid off its hinge, bidet didn't work

Fantastic hotel in great location!
Pros:

Excellent facilities and extras. Free Happy hour, ramen service and activities every day. Room was clean.

Cons:

Need extra hooks in the bathroom for wet towels etc. Could do with bedside tables.

Enjoyable and nice!
Pros:

The hotel was really nice and tidy - they organise free daily activities that seem quite enjoyable, although we did not directly took part to any. The staff was friendly and proactively helpful. They offer great amenities and complementary benefits (free coffee, ramen, beer and soft drinks, etc)

Cons:

Tiny room, the activities/complementary benefits are within pretty strict time slots.

Fun, welcoming hotel with international clientele!
Pros:

The breakfast was terrific, a great way to get a delicious meal before heading out for adventures. Our room was very comfortable, and I loved that they offered in room massage after a day of tremendous walking. The staff were also very nice.
