Pros:

Очень вежливый персонал. При приезде сразу показали где и что находится для лучшей ориентации. Очень понравилось как продумано была подготовлена сумка для сауны и бассейна. В ней находилось 2 полотенца и очень мягкий и приятный плед если в друг где-то станет прохладно. Вкусные ужин и завтрак.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war richtig groß und sehr gemütlich. Die Minibar war gefüllt. Sehr sauber. Ein schöner, großer Balkon. Der Poolbereich war ruhig und entspannend. Keine Menschen da. Die Empfangsdame sehr gastfreundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstück hat auch super geschmeckt.

Cons:

Nichts.

Pros:

Ein wunderbares familiengeführtes Hotel an der Abens gelegen
Zimmer großzügig, einladend, Bett sehr bequem, Bad modern, großer Balkon
Hotelgarten sehr weitläufig, viele Liegen
Auch empfehlenswert das Restaurant, sowohl die Küche, als auch das Ambiente
Pool- & Spa- Bereich sauber, freundlich, einladend u hell.
Pool ist mit Massagedüsen u mit einer Gegenstromanlage ausgestattet. Wassertemperatur sehr angenehm (30 Grad) - sowohl zum zügigen Schwimmen (Gegenstromanlage), als auch zum Entspannen geeignet. Alles ist großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet.
Hotel verfügt über einen tollen Saunabereich
Und wenn man sich mal nach Pool & Sauna so richtig entspannen möchte, kann man sich in die Bibliothek zurückziehen, die mit Sessel u Liegen ausgestattet ist.
Parkplätze kostenlos u in großer Zahl vorhanden
Man kann hier einen tollen Urlaub zu jeder Jahreszeit verbringen - b gutem Wetter sind viele Unternehmungen möglich (Ausflüge, Sport) b schlechtem lädt der Bade-, Spa- und Saunabereich inkl Fitnessstudio zum Indoor-Aufenthalt ein

Restaurant staff super nice at breakfast

The place has great potential....

Cons:

Reception staff polite but not outgoing, didnt feel welcome when we arrived or when returned from activities to hotel (they were nicest the morning we left, maybe we should have understood the hint? :-))
Room large and clean but stuck in the 70s, shaggy carpet (?!), small separate mattressese, no coffee in room, room wasnt cleaned, terrible pillows

Schoener, entspannender Aufenthalt in gemuetlicher Athmosphaere !
Pros:

Fruehstueck sehr gut, breites, ausreichendes Angebot, sehr schoene, ruhige Lage, tolles Zimmer, angenehmer, professioneller Service beim Abendessen, Schwimmbad

Cons:

Saunabereich Bereich - nicht mehr up to date bzw. sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, Preis - Leistungsverhaeltniss deshalb nicht adaequat !

Frische Handtücher im Wellness Bereich, spontane Buchung von Behandlung möglich.

Gutes Frühstück & täglich wechselnde Tageskarte.

Sehr nettes Personal.

Frühstücksraum riecht stark nach den dort frisch zubereiteten Eiern/Bacon/Fett.

Auswahl von Hartkäse hat mir gefehlt & Beschriftung ob Rohmilch enthalten ist - nachdem es für Schwangere spezielle Angebote gibt.

Im Wellness Bereich kein Kaffee/Kuchen/Getränke am Nachmittag, man muss bis in das Restaurant nach vorne laufen. Nicht so angenehm in Bademantel. Lag eventuell auch an der geschlossenen Bar zu dem Zeitpunkt.

Spacious room and great breakfast
Pros:

The room was fantastic: very spacious with a good bed, a balcony, and a comfortable armchair and sitting area. The breakfast was also very good, and parking is convenient. Overall a great stay.

Cons:

Most of the staff were friendly, though my first contact at the reception could have been warmer.

Werde wieder kommen
Pros:

Es war einfach ein Traum. Ich komme gerne wieder. Frühstück top, Personal top, Sauberkeit Top, Abendessen Top. Mega schöne Anlage.

Cons:

Das einzige was zu optimieren wäre sind Mückennetze an den Balkontüren.
