My family couldn’t shower for 2 days ….. not good business but no one seemed to care .at all

We were there 2 nights with no hot water while on vacation . No one ever tried to accommodate us , compensate us or even had the courtesy to reach out after leaving all my contact information

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! I drover with a 21ft RV and not only did they accomodate, the Security Guad went well above! Items on my cargo rack were loose and he helped secure it!
The whole hotel was super clean, great accomodations and breakfast was superb

El mejor hotel en Salamanca
Pros:

La atención del staff. Son sumamenta amables y aclaran todas las dudas. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. El contar con servicio de bar y un póco de música ayuda a relajarse después de un día de trabajo.

Cons:

En general considero que es un excelente lugar para hospedarse, tal vez el desayuno podría mejorar un poco. Ahhh ya recordé, no servía la máquina de waffles y ese día tenía antojo de uno :(
