Very clean and tidy everything you needed for an overnight stay.
Nothing it was all good
Mattress was fairly comfy
Tv was good size with working free sat
Room was clean.
Room was small and basic.
Wanted to leave early 7am could not leave key no key box, reception locked ,phone number unanswered.
Pillows very uncomfortable.
Place just left us feeling nothing at all.
Homely , restaurant/ bar with accomodation . Friendly helpful staff
The terrace was lovely with a beautiful scenery of the outdoors and nature. Extremely peaceful to look at. We were even provided a telescope to look at the stars at night and that was such a wonderful surprise!! Also I loved the wide spread of breakfast options which included English breakfast, continental and I was very surprised by the spread of food ranging from smoked salmon to fruits, juices, coffees, muffins and eggs and beans etc
A lock in the bathroom would have been nice. I went with my husband so it was fine but imagine friends went together, that would be a bit inconvenient if the wind blew the door open.
Excellent position for visiting Rye and its surrounding places of interest; better than staying at Rye.
A place or a path for a walk
Buffet breakfast was hot and plentiful. Main reception and restaurant lovely
Bathroom wasn’t pleasant, stained floor, old fixings left on wall, shower cubicle very small. Appreciate it is a standard double but for £120 a night, expect a better bathroom. Just a little attention to detail would make it better.
Comfortable bed, good heating and a nice selection at breakfast.
WiFi quality was poor and no Freeview TV.
Our room was very good, the Kingfisher suite as we were upgraded. Would recommend a dressing table for us ladies for hair and makeup
The breakfast could have been better as no croissants for 2 days running but still good value for money
早餐豐富美味
洗澡水不夠熱,再熱一點會更好
Good value, rate included extensive breakfast, easy to park, easy check in, friendly and attentive staff
Some of the fittings in the bathroom a bit tired, but not a great drama. Bin in the room a bit small!
