1min walk from Akishima station(昭島駅), which is on JR青梅線(Ome line) and 4 station away from JR Tachikawa (立川駅) which is 18 station away(50-60 mins) from JR Tokyo station. This hotel seems being built over 30-40 years ago but it’s neighborhood is very quiet and decent, and price is cheeper with free breakfast compared to the ones in metro area. you can’t be lost to find good restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you wish to explore local Tokyo area.

度々宿泊しています。前回までの夜食弁当サービスがなくなりましたが、この物価高の中で朝食無料サービスがあるだけでも感謝しております。
また機会がございましたら、宿泊したいと思います。
今回はバスルームの老朽化(カビ跡)とトイレのペーパーフォルダの埃が若干気になる程度で、あとは快適でした。

Pros:

建物は古いですが、清潔に保たれていました。
アメニティも必要なものはフロントから持っていくタイプなので、無駄になることがなく良かったです。
駅からも近いし、ショッピングモールや食事をするお店もあり、ホテルには朝ごはんも付いて一泊がこの値段ならまた利用したいと思いました。
他の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音がかなりバタンバタンと大きく、それだけが気になる点でした。

The staff was extremely helpful during our stay. We had trouble with our first room having a water leak and they helped us move to a second room. The front desk staff also assisted us with local tabel recommendations.
The hotel is convenient for anyone traveling around the Tokyo area because it is close to a train station and a mall.
