It was stated on the website that there would be an airport transfer service, but we were neither picked up nor dropped off. We were told that our arrival time was not suitable, even though we had informed you in advance.
Secondly, since our flight was very early in the morning, we couldn’t make it to breakfast. For a luxury hotel, the breakfast box provided was extremely small and quite disappointing.
Lastly, there is no evening entertainment available.
lovely pool and pool bar, overall nice stay, rooms are a little dated but nice and spacious.
Beautifully located with private beach access and clean, they organised private cars with competitive price, very happy with the service
The Property did not have bicycles ,
The ottoman/ stool in the room was very unsteady, nearly fell couple of times. Could be bad experience to elderly
This location is perfectly between truly rual Phu Quec and the beautiful touristy Sunset Town. The staff here is so kind and helpful, and when they smile and greet you in passing, the smile reaches their eyes. The meals here were absolutely fantastic! The chef (i think his name is trent? He's Australian) walks around during breakfast and introduces himself and chats with guests. Lady, my favorite waiter, was so personable and attentive. She always asked me about my day and what exploring I did around the island <3 My room had a beautiful Ocean View and my only complaint is that the AC doesn't run at full capacity and there are frequent power outages. However, due to the humidity and general weather im not surprised the AC couldn't keep up. I ended up buying a rechargeable fan and keeping it on my nightstand. The pool, beach, and common areas are SPOTLESS and very enjoyable. There are two main bars by the pool that are well stocked and staffed. Even though vietnamese culture does not require tips, I highly recommend leaving 10k dong when getting drinks at the bar and maybe 20k dong when dining. This encourages the staff to remember you and leads to excellent service and a personalized vacation. Overall, this resort is an absolute gem for someone who doesn't want to be in the middle of nowhere in a hostel, and doesn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of a town. Full of amenities, good food, and pleasant people, I'd return in a heartbeat.
Everything, the place, the staff is amazing!
Unfortunately I had the bad experience to get a food poisoning and the staff, the chefs, everyone took care of me in a wonderful way
Almost nothing
Nice hotel and friendly staff. Rooms are rather tied looking and in need of redecorating. Beautiful pool and beach access. Trent the executive chef was outstanding making himself available to guests during meal times. Location not great, needing a taxi to go anywhere.
Rooms need updating
Everything
Everything
Breakfast is amazing. Trent organised maple syrup for our grandchildren pancakes. He also gave us ideas where to go.
We down know how to use the food apps. We couldn't see room service menus. I asked but got nothing. Need paper copy for elderly.
You can't control the temperature of the hot pool. Not refreshing.
Rules at pool area. You can't reserve 6 cabanas when only 1 person all day. So wrong. Some days we had 9 of us in 1.
Spacious rooms, large pool with swim up bar, great buffet breakfast, close to the airport.
The resort is in a more isolated location, so isn’t ideal if you want to be among the nightlife and restaurants on the island. Some of the resort facilities need upgrading, including lots of loose and cracked tiles in the pool. The main issue with the swim out rooms is that the pool is only around 60cm deep, so is not suitable for adults to swim in, only for children.
