Not worth the money
Pros:

The worst customer service ever, they offered me a room with a broken ac , refused to cancel my booking, didn’t refund me and took a cancellation fee as well

Cons:

It is not a 5 star resort for sure, very outdated and poor service

Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes und geräumiges Zimmer und es war super schön das wir einen eigenen Poolzugang hatten. Was wir auch gut fanden, war der große Wasserkanister im Zimmer. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, wo man nur eine kleine Flasche Wasser pro Tag erhält.
Auch der Strand und die Poollandschaft waren schön,
es gab immer ein freies Plätzchen.

Cons:

Die ersten zwei Tage, hatten wir, einen schon deutlichen Schimmelgeruch im Zimmer wahrgenommen.
Wir waren wirklich am überlegen, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Aber da wir kaum im Zimmer waren und man hinterher nichts mehr gerochen hat, war es dann okay.
Die Preise im Hotel sind eher europäisch.

Very gorgeous location and facilities
Pool and beach were lovelyy and well kept

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful, slow and not really motivated. English very bad. Bar shut very early like 10pm. Menus didnt have the best choice of foood and also closed early

Resort discreto ma non prendete all inclusive,
Pros:

Struttura abbastanza carina, bella la piscina, la spiaggia a maggio non era praticabile per via delle onde.

Cons:

In Camera odore di muffa. Il Servizio all inclusive non è all’altezza della spesa. Nei bar e nei ristoranti la scelta è minima. I frigobar vuoti, per l’acqua potabile è posizionata in camera un grande bottiglia sarà 5/10 lt. da cui si possono riempire delle bottigliette da mezzo litro , ma l’acqua risulta sgradevole al gusto ed olfatto. Nel ristorante messicano non avevano praticamente niente e ci hanno dirottato uomini in altro ristorante, nell’altro ci hanno detto che era tipo snack e non per la cena alla fine siamo ritornati nella struttura centrale dove abbiamo cenato, ma alle 21.00 a/c spenta e caldo insopportabile.

Such a beautiful resort! Really good value for money, staff were lovely, buffet had an incredible variety, rooms were spacious and the offer for all inclusive is a great idea if your looking at staying at the resort most days!

Pros:

The hotel has a large, beautifully maintained territory - very green, clean, and pleasant to walk around. It really creates a relaxing atmosphere, and spending time on the property is enjoyable in itself. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of dishes: fish, meat, fruits, pasta, and many other options. The selection clearly exceeded expectations, and you could easily find something for every taste. It felt more like a full meal than a standard breakfast.

There were also some nice touches, such as complimentary coffee, tea, and small snacks offered during the day, which added to the overall experience.

Cons:

The on-site restaurant is quite expensive and does not really match the quality of the food, which felt overpriced. In the evenings, the hotel felt very quiet, and it seemed that most guests preferred to go elsewhere for dinner.

Although the hotel is located directly on the beach, the beach itself was not particularly appealing - the water was not very clear, and the color was not as nice as expected, so very few people were actually swimming there. It seemed that most guests would have breakfast and then leave for better beaches during the day.

Housekeeping was present but not very thorough - there was noticeable dust in the rooms. The rooms themselves could also benefit from some light renovation, although this did not significantly affect the overall stay.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel, even though the price, in my opinion, was not particularly low for what was offered.

Everything!!! Room was amazing, breakfast was incredible, pool even better. The best resort! They had soft music even playing in the garden, feels like you’re walking through tranquility from the room to the pool. Very toddler friendly. Staff so friendly

SOL by Meliá Phu Quoc is amazing
Pros:

The hotel is quite large and offers many activities to enjoy. Evening tea is available, along with cooking sessions that guests can join. The beach is easily accessible from the hotel and offers a beautiful view, especially in the evening. The pool is spacious, and there is also a pool bar available.

There are several restaurants on-site, making it easy to enjoy a variety of food options. The morning buffet was excellent, with so many choices that it was difficult to try everything.

The stay is definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly, and the receptionist, Thanh Hue, was especially kind and helpful in arranging an early check-in even without being asked. Overall, this was the best hotel I stayed at in Phu Quoc.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very nice with good vegetarian and vegan options available. We also loved the beautiful swimming pools and the private beach. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

Quality resort on a beach with everything you need close by
Pros:

Its location is on a quiet beach away from the busy town of Duong Dong but only a 10-15 minute inexpensive Grab ride away. The pool was large with plenty of sun beds which could do with cushions. Breakfast was very good catering to all tastes. Our pool access room was big, the terrace shaded & was a quiet place for afternoon drinks & a dip in the pool. Staff were friendly and engaging across departments. Afternoon Tea at Ginger was lovely.

Cons:

Limitation of 2 towels per person for the sun beds which needed cushioning from the steel bars you have no choice but to sit on. Suggest padded cushions for sun beds. In room drinking water vessel needs regular checking as I was sick from drinking it. Resort were very quick to ensure they only delivered bottled water only upon request.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sol by Melia.
The room, pool, and facilities were great, breakfast and restaurant were all great.

We loved our very friendly interactions with staff and great service especially Mr Trent (exec chef), Theresa (restaurant manager), Karyl Montano and Ladylyn (Lobby area), and Bich Det (Kitchen / breakfast area) and all staff.

Look forward to staying at Sol again.
