My entire family really likes the breakfast sandwiches.

Beds was hard and they were two low to the ground made it hard to get out of bed

Clean room

The room was clean but they only clean the room every other day. Also, the day they came to clean, they did not clean. They only dumped the garbage in the garbage cans and replaced the towels with clean ones. They did not clean the sink, toilet, shower, counter tops or the bathroom floor.

Front design was awesome

I've never had a complaint up until this point, my experience was okay when i first walked into the building i wasn't greeted with a hello or hi the lady up front told me "what's going on" and when i told her i was here for check in then I was greeted normally, and as far as the room goes it had a lot of problems, missing blinds, missing towels, light switches broken, door handles broken, the bathroom door didn't lock or close properly, the mattress and couch felt old and worn out, maybe it was that room in particular but who knows i probably wouldn't stay here again. i will say the price wasn't too bad but i could of definitely of gotten something better, on paper the room seemed great the description and pictures is what had me sold initially. I will say the area of the hotel is great so many things near by but there is also a lot of other hotels in that area, and their complementary breakfast is good for what it is.

It was nice pull out bed could've been better a little more roomy for 6 people would've been nice, loved the pool. Overall it was nice. Was looking forward to pancakes or waffles. But it was a good experience thank you for your nice staff.

Loved the amenities, everything we needed. Breakfast was blah … no meat, pancakes, waffles or traditional choices. There were hard boiled eggs, yogurt and Raisin Bran… that’s what you get… on a weekend even. Easy check in, very quiet and super close to all kinds of shopping. Very well located, just not a fan of the contemporary feel the hotel has. Not my first choice on hotels to stay in the future.

We wanted to be by restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything within walking distance.

Element Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, Arizona, is a great choice for a comfortable stay. The delicious breakfast offers a great start to the day, and having EV chargers on site is a big plus for electric vehicle owners. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Plus, the great pool adds a perfect touch for relaxation and fun. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, great breakfast always a good selection

The place is run down. The room was dirty. It had stained walls in the bathroom and dried toothpaste. The black out blinds were broken, the carpet was frayed and the Fridge had a bunch of dents. We stopped here about a year ago and the rooms were not like this. In just a years time, it has gone down hill. Only bright spot was the lobby and staff up front.
