Roomservice personal could help us more than receptionist, had clear answers and gave us towels and other missing items at once.
The boy who helped us with luggage, in and out were very helpful and nice..(how old was he, 14-16🤔)

Not a luxury hotel
We booked two deluxe rooms, one was OK but the second was far away from ok.
Looks clean, but NOT CLEAN at all, old hair and a chocolate paper behind/under a chair, dust in the windows, dust on paintings, a dirty curtain in the shower 🤔 looks like fungus?
Curtains also full of old dirt.
When we shower the water is all over the bathroom, using the tap and water is leaking out on the surface around and making it unusable for other things like shaving machine, toiletry bag etc…
My wife couldn't flush the toilet, it was so hard and you had to hold it to flush completely.
The refrigerator is not cold at all, the wallpaper is torn off.
Windows are not washed, pigeons are walking and a lot of pigonshit outside.
Cleaned and packed glasses where not clean, saw finger marks/fat on them..
Didn't find any “Do not disturb” sign🤔
Called reception and asked for it at 07:30 am, reminded around 08:05 am on the way to breakfast but nothing..
Asked boys from room service in the corridor and they said they don't have any, but noted room numbers and will not disturb us. (It worked).. I made my own, it worked 👍🏼
We couldn't use our electric equipment without problems (I use a Cpap, diagnosed sleeping disorder). All the wallpaper switches were so loose that cables just fell out. Had to use a weight on cables to hold them still..
FYI, TV was not possible to switch on, the remote didn't work and we didn't have time for this..
Cigarette smell when entering the room every night, better after an hour or two with ac.
Best hotel to stay . Best food and location in karnal amazing stay
Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and the staff were really helpful.
