Very convenient and clean
Had small issue with a/c
The staff were all polite and attentive.
BED BUGS. I woke up with bug bites on my leg, my husband had some on his arm and my son did too! Thankfully my baby slept in her own area/space we provided. I am so upset!
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Badezimmer bot auch viel Platz. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, wenn man in Houston etwas unternehmen möchte, da man sofort auf der Autobahn ist, egal in welche Richtung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es hat uns besonders gut gefallen, dass richtiges Geschirr verwendet wird und nicht wie in vielen anderen Hotels Pappteller und Plastikbesteck, ein toller Beitrag zum Umweltschutz und der Müllvermeidung. Fazit: Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert! Preis - Leistung absolut top!

Television in the room did not work.
The breakfast was typical and the staff was great
The a/c was broken but fixed the second day but the room never was dry - bedding, towels, carpet so it smelled unpleasant. The toilet was too low, the tv had no channels that would connect and no guide in room, showerhead too high, curtain torn and ragged and heart monitor on elliptical not working and coffee cold both days.
The was a pull out.
