Very nice hotel to go when you have Business Trip in Makassar!
The hotel located at a strategic area, surrounded by eatieries, cafes, pharmacy and convenience stores. The standard room was spacious and neat. The bed was big and comfortable.. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hallway was a bit noisy cause you can hear people's voice from outside, but when you're in the room, it's actually not noisy. However, Makassar has a lot of mosques, so you can still hear the mosques during prayer calls. Overall, my stay was great and would definitely recommend this hotel to those who plan on visiting Makassar city.
The hotel is nicely designed with beautiful hall, two spacious restaurants and a separate floor with a pool, sauna and gym. My room was very comfortable and clean with all needed toileteries. Staff in hotel was extremely polite and friendly, making my stay very pleasant.
Room was a bit worn out and some maintenance will definitely improve it.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf in het hotel gehad. De service was erg goed. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en voor ieder wat wils. De kamers zijn erg netjes. In de buurt heb je allemaal leuke restaurantjes.
It's very well located and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was exceptional.

Personalet til morgenmaden var meget glemsomme. Tog mod bestilling, og så skete der ikke mere, før vi rykkede dem. En poolbar pg en skybar uden alkohol/vin. Selvom der var puntet om med vinflasker og blev reklameret for "Romantic dinner" med vin? Holder ikke, at man ikke kan få et glas vin til maden. Og så på en stor hotelkæde som Melia. Betød så, at vi spiste andre steder.
We absolutely loved the staff, who were incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The warm welcome with delicious complimentary sweets in our room was a wonderful touch. Their hospitality made our 11-night stay truly special and comfortable.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my personal preference, but everything else was absolutely perfect.
We had a great stay. Breakfast was really nice also for westerners. The pool is big, clean and enjoyable. There is also a sauna (which could be maintained a bit better). Location is close to restaurants, massage, cafes etc. good for a short stop over.
Rooms are a bit used/old and could be refurbished.
Service good, breakfast good staffs are helpfull. Gym equipment complete enough with helpful instructor
