Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、連絡した当日に郵送してくれました。また、立地も良く近くに飲食店も多数有って徒歩数分圏内です。

Cons:

間違って禁煙室を頼んでしまい、館内に喫煙所が全く無いのはちょっと不便でした。

夜のアクセスが良い．

安心して滞在できる快適なホテル
Pros:

フロントの対応が感じ良くて、毎回安心して利用しています。
玄関に2台の貸し自転車があり、ヘルメットも準備してくださり、街歩きに大変便利でした。

Cons:

チャグチャグ馬っこの案内チラシがなかったこと。別のホテルに宿泊した方はチラシをお持ちで、ホテルが用意してくれたとおっしゃっていて羨ましかったです。

サービスは良かったですが、朝食が・・・
Pros:

室内に忘れ物をし、その対応がとても良かった

Cons:

朝食が思ったほど美味しくなかった。　特に白米が冷めている感があり、イマイチ。　宣伝するほどのものではないかと感じました。
