Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.
Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.

Location was amazing! Friendly and helpfull staff. Price value was great ws well.
Cleanliness could have been better. The shower room needs some maintenance, it got very wet all over the place just from showering.

The staff is great and friendly
The breakfast was bad. Didn't look fresh. Not much options appropriate for a breakfast. There wasn't even pepper for the eggs and nothing to warm the bread.
On the website it stated we would have a laptop safe in our room. There wasn't any safe and we had to put our things in the "luggage locker room" which was so messy and dirty and the lockers didn't have any locks, basically anyone who stored anything there had access to our things which wasn't comfortable.
The location of the hotel was hard to find, no clear logo on the outside.
There was no "do not disturb sign" on our door handle.

גועל נפש של צוות עשנו ציק אוטט בשעה 10:00 שחכנו את השעון בחדר חזרנו למקום היה פקיד קבלה שפשוט נתן לנו מפתח לא עובד ושחזרנו להגיד לו שהמפתח לא עובד פשוט לא היה שם אף אחד
אחרי חמש דקות נכנס מישהו לקבל התחלנו לשואל אותו והוא פשוט היה בטלפון וכמובן לא ענה ויצא מבלי להתייחס
אחרי שתי דקות נכנס עוד עובד התחלנו להגיד על העניין של המפתח וכמובן התעלם פה התחלתי לקבל עצבים ושפנתי אליו שוב החל לצעוק על כך שלא מעניינת אותו הקבלה ולקלל אותי פשוט מקום זוועה הכניסה למקום כל-כך מלוכלת
מה שבטוח לא נחזור לשם יותר!!!!!
