Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.
Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.

היינו שם רק לילה אחד, מבוגר מלווה ושלושה ילדים במסגרת טיול. המלון נמצא במיקום מעולה, הצוות נעים ושירותי, והמקום מעוצב ומזמין.
התחזוקה בחדרים יכולה להיות טובה יותר (אוורור וניקוז במקלחת) ורמת הנקיון בהחלט טעונה שיפור במיוחד במסדרונות ובחללים הציבוריים.
מיקום מצויין.
המלון מעוצב מאוד יפה.
סך הכל תמורה טובה למחיר.

משופץ, נקי, מיקום נוח, נעים מאוד, משתלם, עונה על הציפיות מעל ומעבר.
איכות הנעילות של תא השירותים. חבל שלא נתנו מנעול ללוקר. לא היה סבון לכיור אלא רק במקלחת.
מלון אורבני בוטיק מקסים עם עיצוב בסגנון בוהמי בדיוק בגודל לצרכים השתתפות במרתון ירושלים… קרוב לזינוק ובסמוך לבתי קפה ומסעדות… וחשוב לא עמוס רגוע ושקט!

המקום נדרש לניקיון טוב יותר. קיבלתי את המיטה כשהיה כלי טוחן גראס על המזרון.
למה אין בחדר שולחן קטן וכיסא? זה נראה לי מינימום. איך אפשר לנעול נעלים? בעמידה?
המיטות מעץ לא חזקות ואז אם אדם אחד זז בלילה כל המיטות זזות ומרעישות. זה ממש מפריע ולא באמת ניתן לישון ככה.
היה לי לילה לבן לפני מירוץ מרתון. זה היה מאוד קשוח!
המלון טוען שיש איש קבלה 24/7 אבל לא ככה באמת הדבר. כשרציתי לצאת בבוקר לא היה אדם שיעזור לי.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre ville. Propreté des espaces communs et des chambres. Décoration et toit terrasse à couper le souffle. Équipe toujours à votre écoute et disponible en particulier Nermine.
לצערי כמעט שום דבר
אכסניה קטנה עם יחס אטום ופוגעני. הגעתי להתארח בשביעי של פסח. טענו שאין להם מפתח אנלוגי. הבטיחו שלאורך כל הזמן יהיה גוי של שבת שיוכל לפתוח לי. בפועל לא היה גוי של שבת כשרציתי להיכנס ונאלצתי לישון מחוץ לחדר בתנאים לא נוחים. הפצרתי לקבל חדר מסודר ונקי ונתקלתי בסירוב אטום מברזל. סיפרתי שהייתה לי חוויה קשה אך העובד לא הסכים לרכך את ליבו ולסייע לי וטען שבגלל ששילמתי סכום נמוך יותר למרות הפגיעה הגדולה שחוויתי שגרמה לי להישאר מחוץ לחדר הוא לא יתן לי חדר שעלול להיות נוח יותר '.
מעולם לא נתקלתי במלון שלא מנסה להייטיב הרגשה של עגמת נפש גדולה ורק מעצים אותה, אך זה מה שהיה במלון/אכסניה הזו.

I enjoyed the environment, it looks good in there. There is shared kitchen, living room and terrace area. Overal lovely stay. For me personally if a place looks original and pretty I can forgive imperfections
I did not understand that parking costs extra. The towels smelled, shower head was funky, bedlight did not work by one of the beds
