Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.
A deposit may be required at the property.

דלת הכניסה (זכוכית) שבורה, הנקיון של המלון לא ברמה גבוה, החדרים נחמדים המצעים נראו ישנים ובספק אם הוחלפו. נחמד לשים את הראש והמיקום לא מעבר.

Pros:

Made a booking and arrived at this hostel. The reception were useless and ignorant. When trying to check in they said no room. I tried to get them to explain further but they couldn't be less bothered. Trying to get refund for the supposedly overbooking but they are ignoring all my requests and emails. Stay away from here. Did eventually find a nice hostel called post office hostel near old town.

זאת הזמנת הארכת שהייה שלנו מראש השנה והיה מושלם ברמות הצוות טוב ושירותי וגם נתנו לנו ארוחות בוקר מתנה.

הארוחת בוקר ביום חול טובה ואהבתי מאוד שממש ניגש אלייך מישהו לשאול אותך איך אתה אוהב את הארוחה שלך וזה לא בבופה מזוהם.

100% recomendado sobre todo la comida
Pros:

La ubicación no puede ser mejor puedes caminar a cualquier lugar en 25 minutos o tienes el tren ligero a 10 minutos caminando, el kótel a 25m del hostal.
Personal dispuesto a ayudarte las 24 horas siempre que sea en inglés claro.
La comida es abundante y súper deliciosa, de lo mejor.
El desayuno por 15 dólares en 2026 están rebién.

המזגנים לא עובדים ואין אף עובד תחזוקה שיכול לתקן אותם. גם הטלוויזיה לא עובדת, לא בחדר שלי ולא בחדר של חבר שלי. אין שום התייחסות או אכפתיות לאורחים. נראה שבעלי המלון פשוט רוצים לקחת את הכסף ולא לתת שום שירות בתמורה. המלון ישן, מוזנח ומתפרק, וכמעט שאין בו עובדים. חוויה מאכזבת מאוד ולא ממליץ בכלל.
