Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.

Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.

מלון מעוצב ויפה, בלב העיר , לא רחוק ממחנה יהודה והמדרחוב. קבלה מאויישת 24/7 , פינת קפה, מרפסת שמש גדולה ומפנקת

Mitte in Jerusalem nah an S-Bahn , Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

O, great breakfast by a mastercheff. Open to all.
Pros:

It is a fine place. At time administrative issues are stuck. A group used the common space and kitchen and left it in a tital mass so individual travellers could not use it. This could not be done!!

Cons:

Bad managnent of large groups. Close very noisy and dusty roadworks. Place demands a basic facelift.

המרפסת מאוד יפה

Cons:

לגבי החנייה: לא הובהר לנו לגבי החנייה, בקבלה נאמר לנו להחנות בחניון מגדלי ירושלים וששם יש הסדר של שלושים שקלים ליום אבל כשהגענו למלון ביקשו שנשלם 100 שקל על החניה, למרות שכשדיברנו עם האחראים על החניה אמרו לנו שהחניה צריכה להיות בחינם. סתם נוצר מצב לא ברור ולא נעים ואפילו לא התחלנו את השהות.
ובנוסף המיקום של המלון לא ברור, גם לא ידעו להסביר לנו איך להגיע למלון מהחניון, מזל שיש מפות.
לגבי החדר: כיור סתום, המקלחת מוצפת אחריי השימוש, מזגן לא מורגש בכלל!
