Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when canceled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.

Please note that due to laying of the City Light Railway system - street renovations are taking place outside of the hotel creating noise and nuisance midweek (Sunday to Friday) from 7am to 7pm.

Cons:

Common bathroom clearing should be a must every day! Otherwise roommates left dirt (and worse things) behind. Also, renting a lock is somewhat pitiful way to secure belongings.
Otherwise the hostel has a good vibe with good facilities and nice staff!

Cons:

Заезд был вечером, в душе отсутствовала горячая вода, была только холодная. На ресепшен около 20 минут были проблемы с вселением, менеджер не видел в компьютере оплату, а оплачивал я на букинг. Предложили мне внести платеж еще раз. Сомнительно.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas séjourné dans cet établissement. La chambre sentait la drogue. Ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser. J’ai dû trouvé un autre établissement. Je demande le remboursement au plus vite.

הופתענו ממש לטובה
Pros:

חשבנו שהגענו לאיזה חור ואז שנכנסו למלון שמיים וארץ
השירות היה ממש טוב
הארוחת בוקר הגשה אישית משהו שלא רגיל היה מהמם

לא הכי נראה כמו בתמונה מבחינת הגודל של החדר

Great value for the price and location
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and clean. The price is unbeatable for the type of value you get in return. Ahmed was a pleasure to see every time I came back from a packed day. The lounge area was also really incredible considering this is just a hostel. I would recommend and I would personally come again!

En fantastisk frukost jag rekommenderar. Bra, centralt läge.Välkomnande personal. Har varit här flera gånger.
Denna gång hände det som inte ska hända, logistiken fungerade inte, vet inte orsaken, men det löste personalen professionellt och erbjöd en rimlig ersättning. Jag kommer tillbaka!

Cons:

Sänglampan fungerade inte. Detta är tredje gången. det händer. Jag har haft olikka rum så det måste cara extrem otur.
Det har varit olika orsaker till att just min lampa inte fungerar. (T.ex sladden avklippt!)
Men varje gång jag får bara veta det är tyvärr inget man.åtgärda ikväll.
Det blir väldigt mörkt om man vill få avskildhet och drar för gardinen
Skärpning!!!
