Privacy, my assistant and servicedog was welcomed any time. Rooftop pool is amazing, good food 5, and housekeeping girls is one of the most smiling ladys ive met in asia.

Everything is amazing
Large suite with comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms, good sound proofing, and nice views even from the 5th floor.
The breakfast options need to be increased for the 12 USD for paid breakfast. Food tasted good, but some more variety would be nice.

Allowed to take pets.
There was no hot water to shower in, only cold water. Found someone’s hair on the floor. Neighbours were too loud. Hotel personal didn’t allowed delivery man to deliver my order right to the room. Had to pay deposit 100 $ and wait to get it back for a week.
Very clean facilities and very helpful staff. Amazing views of the city. Excellent location close to all attractions. Studio room was very comfortable. Will definitely book there again if we visit Phnom Penh in future.
