Cheap and Friendly Stay in Saigon
Pros:

The hotel is basic but exactly what I was looking for. Cheap price and very central location. The area is very loud but the rooms are very quiet and spacious.

Cons:

My room didn’t have a window but considering I was always out it wasn’t a real issue for me.

Pros:

Находится прямо на Bui Vien, но при этом тихо и спокойно. Хозяйка пошла навстречу, встретила в 4 утра, быстро заселила. Есть магазин рядом, много кафе, где можно вкусно поесть. Рекомендую!

Un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité / prix et bien situé
Pros:

Hôtel sympa et plutôt bien situé dans Ho Chi Minh Ville, il faut marcher un peu pour se rendre à proprement dit dans le centre historique, mais l’hôtel est proche de la rue la plus animée durant la vie nocturne, ce qui est très sympa sans être trop bruyant.

Les équipements sont simples mais très corrects.

Really value for money. I have stayed here twice.
Pros:

Right at the heart of the bustling Bui Vien tourists quarter. Yet, ít's relatively quiet at night on this end. Room has window too.

Pros:

Comparing other hotels around this one offers same service for 1/2 price. Opposite there is my favourite family restaurant. Downstairs a shop with local souvenirs. Recommended
