Pros:

Struttura bella, moderna e soprattutto pulita.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.
Posizione super centrale per raggiungere sia la metro ma anche per raggiungere alcune zone del centro a piedi. Io e il mio compagno siamo stati veramente felici di aver fatto questa scelta!

Excellent hotel! We were pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic, very close to Piccadilly. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything, even accommodating all our requests before check-in. The room was large, spacious, airy, and very clean.
A huge bonus is the 24/7 convenience store inside the hotel. It has everything you might need at very reasonable prices (it absolutely saved us when we arrived in the middle of the night without a power adapter!).

Cons:

There were two main downsides. First, while the breakfast was of good quality, there was absolutely no variety; not a single item changed during our entire 5-day stay.
Second, the room lacked air conditioning. Because we visited in April during a season with comfortable weather, the room was airy enough and it didn't bother us at all. However, in the peak of summer, this could definitely be a serious problem.

ideale ligging, maar veel lawaai in de avond
Pros:

De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn comfortabel uitgerust en netjes. De ligging is zeer goed.

Cons:

Het lawaai is een zeer groot nadeel. De kamers hebben enkele beglazing. Dit houdt geen enkel geluid van buiten tegen. Op het binnenhofje is elke avond lawaai en dus kan je pas slapen wanneer de levendigheid daar is stilgevallen. Aangezien een hotel eerst en vooral dient om te slapen, heb ik dit sterk laten doorwegen in mijn eindbeoordeling.

Pros:

The hotel is a great value. It's at a great location and has everything a family would need. Staff is polite and helpful. Very special thanks to Sudheesh who helped us improvise a surprise for our 9 year old son. Very kind and very professional!

Cons:

I think guests would appreciate having a toilet brush in the bathroom.
Breakfast is great but misunderstandings can happen with the list at the entrance - I understand the need of it but it can be implemented better

Localização e custo benefício “ perfeito “
Pros:

Muito limpo, ambiente claro , café da manhã ok , o museu britânico fica a poucos passos da li e o local é arrodeado de transporte público ( metrô e ônibus) e a cereja do bolo : tem um ônibus linha 14 que tem seu terminal na lateral da rua do hotel e ela é 24h e te leva na parte central de Londres ( saindo de 10 em 10min )
Isso é perfeito !!
