また来たいと思えるホテルです！
Pros:

3月上旬の滞在です。小型の扇風機があり、洗濯物を乾かすのに重宝しました。また、ホテルの敷地内にカフェやレストランがあり、Bloomsというカフェはスタッフの方の雰囲気も良く滞在中よく使いました。
地下鉄やバス停も徒歩圏内にいくつかあり、googleマップで調べると時間によって違うバス停からの行き方が表示されました。公園も近くにあり、キングスクロス駅までも徒歩15分ほとで行けるので散歩がてらハリーポッター店に行くことができます。

Cons:

トイレットペーパーが足りないかもと思いましたが、朝のハウスクリーニングにきてる清掃の方に一ついただきました。

A good experience overall always clean and polite smart staff
Pros:

Have stayed here several times.the staff are very polite and helpful.breakfast plenty of choice.good location.would like more than 1 chair in the room as it would be helpful when two people are using the room.rooms always clean and shower very good.

Cons:

Providing more than 1 chair would be more comfortable for watching tv or reading when both of us use the room.sometimes a little noisy re road traffic however it is london.otherwise no complaints

Pros:

Todas las instalaciones son nuevas y cómodas. muy bien la cama. baño chico pero todo funcionada perfecto.

Cons:

si bien era bueno, considerando el tamaño del hotel, el desayuno podría ser más variado - como opciones calientes solo hay desayuno clásico inglés, y todos los días es igual. el café es malísimo!

Fair price for a solid stay
Pros:

Good location, near to Russel Square and Bloomsbury in general.

The staff are friendly and always present.

Cons:

We did not notice while booking, but we missed a fridge and a toilet brush.

We were appointed a room at level 7, which seemed to be near airconditioning machinery, which kept us awake since the windows were not isolated.

Comfortable clean good location
Pros:

Very clean felt safe the breakfast was lovely would stay again and could walk to everywhere I needed to get to staff were nice friendly

Cons:

That parking wasn’t included in the price of the stay
