Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning which meant our room was very hot and needed the window open at night, very loud with sirens most nights. They did offer ear plugs by the bedsides. Bed was very comfortable but struggled to get a good night's sleep. No offer of fans or anything from the hotel staff.

Poor facilities, uncomfortable and old style rooms
Pros:

Location was good and staff were friendly

Cons:

Beds were hard as a rock. No aircon, room was so stuffy.
Water pressure was poor.
Was not worth the money and glad we only spent one night here.
Would not recommend. Could find cheaper nicer accommodation in the area.

Helaas geen goede eerste indruk. Het inchecken duurde erg lang en de medewerker leek zichtbaar geïrriteerd door onze groep van negen personen. Er werd gezucht en geblazen tijdens het onthaal, wat niet bepaald gastvrij overkwam. Jammer, want een warme ontvangst is voor een hotel erg belangrijk.

Sängyt olivat mukavat, jokaiselle kolmelle oli omansa. Huone oli ihan reilun koikoinen.
Aamupala oli hyvä ja tukeva. Vihannekset puuttuivat mutta hedelmiä kyllä oli. Gluteenitonta sai pyydettäessä.

Cons:

Ulkoa kuuluva melu oli häiritsevää iltaisin, varsinkin kun piti nukkua ikkuna auki, koska huoneessa oli kuuma. Pesuaineita piti pyytää itse lisää vaikka siistijä oli käynyt huoneessa. Pöytä ja laskutilaa oli vähän eikä matkalaukuille ollut penkkiä.

Struttura situata in posizione strategica, molto vicina alla stazione di King's Cross.
Il quartiere di Bloomsbury è molto tranquillo ed immerso nel verde.
Tornando alla struttura, mi è piaciuta la possibilità di refill borracce acqua completamente gratuita.

Cons:

Sarà che siamo arrivati in giornate con temperature abbastanza alte per Londra, ma essendo la camera sprovvista di climatizzatore, era davvero molto calda, nonostante la finestra aperta.

Cons:

Mw toco loa dias de calor de Londres, la habitacion no tiene AA y la ventana solo se puwde abrir un cuarto, lo que hacia que las noches fueran sofocanres.
El euido exterior a la noche se extiende hasta tarde.

A nice, fairly modern hotel at great location, but no airconditioning.
Pros:

Location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast buffet was great, with a good variety of options. Room was tidy, as were hallways and lobby.

Cons:

The rooms don’t have airconditioning; non what so ever. When outdoor temperature is +30C, so is the room. Shower’s floor is raised, making the space shallow, so a 6ft person has to squat while washing hair.

De locatie is goed! Op loopafstand van St. Pancras, British Museum en Covent Garden.

Cons:

Geen airco en ramen die niet ver open kunnen. Na een hittegolf zat er nog zoveel warmte in de kamer dat we het heel warm hebben gehad.

We hadden een kamer aan de binnenplaats, waardoor het geluid van gasten die diep in de nacht nog gesprekken voeren op deze binnenplaats ons zeer regelmatig gewekt heeft.
