L'emplacement est idéal, car il est proche du Vatican, Flavia a été une hôte incroyablement prévenante, la chambre était au calme, rénové récemment, la literie est de très bonne qualité, tout était propre, le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni et le personnel du petit déjeuner est très professionnel et très chaleureux. Bref un séjour de rêve, la dolce vita a Rome

Fulvia at reception was extremely helpful from the time we arrived with suggestions and tips for our visit to Rome

Cons:

The bathroom was very impractical in its design with nowwhere to put your normal bathroom items. Also the shower floor was very easy to slip and fall on. Also no wardrobes to put your clothes

Komplette Hotelrechnung nachweislich via booking.com bezahlt !! trotz alledem:
Unfassbare Nächtliche 20 minütigen Diskussion am Anreisetag um 23:55 mit dem Nacht-Portier bzgl einem „unlimited“ Deposit mit einer physischen Kreditkarte. Einerseits eine sehr eigenwillige Handhabung, andererseits hatten wir eine Kreditkarte am Mobiltelefon, mit der wir auch die Hotelrechnung bezahlt haben, die nicht akzeptiert wurde…… nicht empfehlenswert

Am Hoteleingang steht luxury, die Zimmer sind definitiv nicht luxuriös und unser Zimmer war stark ab gewohnt (Zi 307)

Unser Zimmer hat kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Türe die direkt in der Innenhof geht und jeder der vorbeigeht hineinschauen kann….
