Pleasant experience of stay in Hotel Deccan Serai
Pros:

Location, stuff behavior, prompt response to anything needed, interaction with the room service person (sorry! forgot to ask his name) was the best to my liking, we arrived post 11 pm, even then food was served in our room very promptly! Food quality was excellent, except the Biriyani we had on the night we arrived was too spicy. Learnt the lesson, then onwards mentioned very specifically to be less spicy and it was great!

Cons:

Nothing visible from the room window, it was blocked from outside using some blinds! It was very boring!
