Pros:

Just wanted to say that this Hotel has excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly . They offer a happy hour as well. We didn’t even have to go out for dinner!

We needed a clean, comfortable place to merely overnight. It delivered. !
Pros:

Breakfast was mediocre at best. If the property is concerned about serving a decent breakfast, the whole offering should be rethought. Offer some high-quality protein ways to start the day. Perhaps?

Cons:

We were given a handicapped room, and the shower facility was in need of repair. However, the room was clean and comfortable. As was the facility as a whole

Overnight Stop on Way to San Diego
Pros:

My husband and I travel to California a few times a year from Arizona. This is an excellent location to make a stop when we leave later in the day. On the last 2 visits, Jose has checked us in. Even in the evening, Jose happily greeted us! He reminded us of the waters in the fridge, the time breakfast started, and the other hotel amenities. We always find the rooms fresh and clean. The staff is gracious and attentive. Breakfast is always well stocked and clean. Thank you for excellent stays!

Good place for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Good quality overnight stay. It is not a new hotel as mentioned in a previous review. Showing signs that an update is needed. The breakfast was a bit lower experience than other Hiltons that we have stayed at. Safe area near the mall.
We would stay again for one night if traveling back.

Very clean and pleasant stay
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

Maybe a nicer view, out the windows, would help. A luggage rack and closet would be helpful. Installing a closet doesn't seem feasible, but a luggage rack is a must!
