Pros:

Super clean, excellent customer service, amazing breakfast.

Choose this hotel, had no idea that ICE agents were staying there. Hotel staff were great.

During the riot, staff was calm, responsible and concerned with our saftey

other than the chaos, my first night I had a really great stay super quiet, super clean and cozy

I loved the layout of the pool downstairs. The hot tub was perfect.

Pros:

Friendly staff and great breakfast options.

Cons:

Limited parking- they had some parking on site, but not enough for all guests. Not a real problem but we had to walk about a block when we came back a bit later from an event.

overall, it was good! If we had to stay in the area again, we would definitely choose the property.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at breakfast was so friendly!

The layout of the room was excellent. I love the little drawers in the bathroom and the ample plugs for all the electronics. The extra mirrors worked well! I was traveling with two teenage daughters. Also the ample counter space in the bathroom.

Cons:

The floors could’ve been a little cleaner.

There were four of us staying in the room. It would’ve been nice to have four towels from the beginning.

Cons:

I was a little upset to find out when I got there that the city charges a tourism fee !? This was not mentioned in the booking. Total of $60 extra added into my booking fee and expenses.
