Nice coffee bar, desk staff very pleasant, room cleaned well.
Would have been nice to have bacon and eggs, also was not aware of charge to park my car. Thought that a little ridiculous.
Website states they were pet friendly. I didn’t realize until I received my summary after check out that a $50 pet fee had been applied. It would have been nice to know about that ahead of time.
Good location.
The room we stayed in had faulty air conditioning. We promptly contacted staff to have it fixed at about 7pm and asked to be placed in another room, but the only solution offered that night was a very loud fan, which made sleeping difficult, especially with the room temperature stuck at 77 degrees.
I understand that maintenance issues can arise unexpectedly despite a hotel’s best efforts. However, I was disappointed by the tone and attitude of the on-site staff, who did not seem as concerned or apologetic that guests would have to spend the night in such uncomfortable conditions.
Thankfully, the maintenance team was able to repair the issue early the next morning, and our second night was much more comfortable.
The facility was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The breakfast offerings were very nice.
Was not happy at all with the additional "surprise" fee of $25 dollars to park in an insecure, open parking lot. Like WTH!? The mattresses were very uncomfortable and in very poor condition for what I expected from a "Hampton" Very saggy and not bouncy or soft AT ALL! I expected a much better sleeping experience than tossing and turning all night. Extra pillows were nice once we got them. Staff did not seem all that pleasant or helpful. It actually seemed like an inconvenience to get more hot water for our hot beverages.
Location in downtown near US Bank Stadium was nice. Also nice to include parking since just about every other location charged for parking.
Initially, having locks on all doors so that I couldnt just walk in was very off putting. After being buzzed in, check in wasnt bad, but process and small parking area nearby was unfortunate. In the room, the shower was not clean, floor of the bathroom wasnt clean and the toilet clogged on initial usage. After contacting the front desk, I had to plunge the toilet and the plunger itself came in a trash bag still covered in whatever was previously plunged. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on the ground. The floor lamp also flickered and didn't work consistently or appropriately.
Very clean and refreshing and pretty cheap
Had to pay for parking
Close proximity to the University and events.
$25 parking fee per night.
The location was very convenient for my next day activity.
I don’t think the website said there would be a charge to park a car. I wasn’t expecting it to cost that much.
