お風呂に行く時のカゴ良かったです欲を言えば、カゴがもう少し小さいかロッカーが大きければバッチリです

Os funcionários são solicitos, Onsen sempre limpo e localização perfeita para quem vai ao parque de diversões. Restaurante com muita variedade de comida.

Cons:

Pegamos um quarto para nossa família se 4 pessoas. Achei que ficou muito apertado, mesmo para padrões japoneses. Porém foi o suficiente para passar dois dias, não mais que isso. O cardápio de restaurante é sempre o mesmo.

Pros:

Very good location, esp. for traveller who rent a car. Very clean and triple room is big enough to open 3 luggage at same time (1 must put on bed, while other 2 can open on floor)

Stay here
Pros:

The staff were lovely and assisted me in organise a luggage transfer to another hotel.
Nice and spacious rooms especially compared to Tokyo. The onsen was amazing and had breath taking views.
It was within 5-10mins walk to a large shopping complex which sells everything.

Cons:

It is further out of town compared to so there hotels and the walk ways were not the best

スタッフ対応も優しく良かったです。

お風呂の脱衣場は中々国外の方は
知らない事があると思います。
そんな中、ホテル社員の方の
対応が良かったと思います。

チェックイン前に車を停めさせて
頂き、誠に有難うございました。

Loved the hotel, view and staff. Area near hotel I did not care for.
Pros:

Hotel was very nice. Staff was great and the breakfast was very good. View of Mt. Fuji dominates the skyline on days when the weather is good.

Cons:

The immediate area in front of hotel is pretty seedy. You view Mt. Fuji through lots of power lines and the rollercoaster structures of the nearby amusement park. It is not an unobstructed view but still impressive.
