Super hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare de fujiqhighland. Les chambres ont la vue sur le mont fuji, c'est exceptionnel ! Le onsen est un énorme plus !

宿泊するなら食事付きがいいです！
Pros:

朝晩とビュッフェでしたが、よくある感じとは違いメニューも豊富だし大変美味しいです！海外のスタッフさんが多かったのですが挨拶が気持ちよく笑顔も素敵でした。

Cons:

4人部屋だったのですがスペアベッドを2台入れたのかな？それが一回り小さくて男性だと足がでてしまいました。

Would stay here again
Pros:

Clean and tidy place to stay. Room was bigger than others we stayed at in Japan. Very close to Fujikyu-Highland Train Station
and entrance to Fuji-Q Highland theme park. One stop on train to Lake Kawaguchiko Station. Supermarket walking distance

Cons:

Entry Stairs at the front are steep when you have luggage, you can walk around to the back to enter without stairs.
If you bus in choose Lake Kawaguchiko as your bus stop then train to Fujikyu-highland. The Fuji highland bus stop is on the opposite side of the theme park which requires a 2.4km walk or a taxi

Pros:

This was an exceptional experience. The room and overall facilities were amazing. But what tip to scales to superb was the on site Onsen with a view to Mt Fuji.
