Great stay in Fuji to relax with family
Pros:

Great Hotel with view to the Mount Fuji. 7 min walk from the train station. Amazing breakfast (likely the best we had in Japan). Staff super friendly

Comfortable and spacious, with a bit of walking.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of Fuji was fantastic.

Cons:

It’s about a 20 minute walk to the lake, which makes multiple trips to the hotel and back inconvenient without a bike.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren viel kleiner als auf den Fotos. Wir waren eine Woche dort und es gab tatsächlich jeden Tag das gleiche Abendessen, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Der Onsen ist nur ein Rechteckbecken und der Blick auf den Fuji ist nur im Stehen möglich, da die Fenster zugeklebt sind. Außerdem liegt das Hotel am Ortsrand in einem Industriegebiet

整体不错，设施完善，床，枕头都不错，卫生干净，泡温泉很方便舒服，只有餐厅让我觉得有点不舒服，前台一个年轻的男生服务态度冷漠，没耐心，语气让人极其不舒服！早餐到十点结束，通常别的酒店到时间前十分钟只是来提醒一下不可以在去拿餐食了，如果想吃什么现在去拿，这家酒店到十点是直接赶人出去，没吃完也不可以在继续吃.说实话我去了很多国家，第一次遇到这种待遇.
