Fantastic hotel. Highly recommend it.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Great facility with an Onsen and incredible views of Mt Fuji. Close to all major attractions in the city.

My grandson left his glasses there and the hotel was kind enough to courier them to our next hotel. Special thank tou to Kendel for organizing that.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say. All great.

Superbe !
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien entré Kawaguchiko et Fujiyoshida avec un arrêt de bus en bas de l’hôtel, à 6 minutes à pied du parc d’attraction et de sa station de train. Un Lawson a 3 minutes à pied.
La vue sur le Mont Fuji depuis le Onsen au dernier niveau, de nuit côté femme on voit les lumières des refuges et des gens qui font l’ascension.
La literie est très bien !

一號車場車位不夠, 多架車輛亂泊禁區, 設備例如浴衣準備不足, 服務感覺不像這個星級的酒店, 這樣的價錢可以選擇其他酒店.

位置近富士急遊樂場

Cons:

入住了2晚但第一晚沒有足夠酒店館內浴衣, 很多住客只能穿自己衣服出入浴場和酒店其他範圍.

Pros:

Même si on est pas du cote du mont-fudji, l’hôtel a une belle vue, grande vitre pour admirer le paysage.
Chambre confortable, un peu petite mais ça va.
A 7min de la gare ce qui était bien, et à 30’ de marche pour voir le mont-fudji

Cons:

Un peu cher quand même.

Pros:

Struttura nuova molto bella. La camera è piccolina, in linea con gli standard giapponesi. La vetrata sul monte Fuji è molto bella, anche se non siamo stati fortunati nel vederlo bene. Colazione ottima, vasta scelta tra cose occidentali e giapponesi. Onsen nuovo bellissimo e molto grande

חדר מרווח - מיטה נוחה, כריות קצת קטנות. פינת ישיבה נעימה. מקלחת שירותים נוחים וטובים.
ארוחת בוקר - נקי, מבחר נאה של אפשרויות, אווירה מאוד נוחה.
שירות - מכבד ויעיל. צ׳ק אין וצ׳ק אאוט מהירים ומכבדים.
מיקום מעולה - 7 דק (בערך) לפארק Fuji q ולתחנת הרכבת. חצי שעה הליכה / 10 דק נסיעה ממסוף האוטובוסים הבין עירוני.
מהחדר שלי היה נוף מהמם ונפלא להר פוג׳י ולפארק Fuji q

כריות היו פחות נוחות כנראה בגלל שהיו קטנות יחסית לכריות השכיחות

1. 我們的房型是低樓層富士山景房，山景都被電線擋到了，覺得跟飯店房型介紹頁面的圖片不符，很失望。
