Extremely small rooms.
Cons:

The beds are super small. I’d have a better time sleeping on the floor than on the small bed, that they recommended for 2 adults. The room is so small that you can’t have a regular size bag in the room. Not sure where one is supposed to have their bags and sleep. This is hardly a room.

都很好
Pros:

續住三晚，第三晚的房型比較小，但是一樣有足夠空間放兩個大行李，一切都很好

附近沒有便利商店，但開車到最近超市不用5分鐘

Pros:

櫃檯服務人員河野小姐親切又有耐心，因為我行程變更的關係因此分別住了兩晚跟一晚不同房型的房間，她非常有耐心的幫我計算了如果要三晚都住相同房型的專案，以及可以看到富士山的房型等各種不同組合，即使我日文不好，她也依然沒有任何的不耐煩。下次如果有再來河口湖會想再來住。另外大浴場泡湯很舒服，有附洗澡用品，很方便。房間很大雙人房兩個大行李箱可以完全打開沒問題，床墊軟硬適中，一覺到天亮，開車5分鐘內就有大型超市及藥妝。
