Excellent stay
Pros:

The staff are very helpful. We arrived early so they let us store our luggages at the hotel while waiting for the check-in time. The location is within walking distance to the Fuji-Q Highland train station. Bonus: beautiful view of Mt Fuji from inside its restaurant.

Wonderful, convenient place, enjoyed our stay very much!
Pros:

Wonderful place, close to the station and amusement park. Easy to go around from and clean and spacious inside. We also had Mt. Fuji view which was such a wonderful highlight of the trip!

Cons:

Все Очень скромно , очень маленькие полотенца в номерах и спа . В Онсене на раковинах волосы и бумажки , окна заклеены так, что не видно вид , хотя на фото красивые фото в видом на Фудзи .

Very bad services!!!

The view that we had from the room, direct view of Mount Fuji.

Cons:

This is the first time I have experience a waiter to invite us out at 10.05am (breakfast closed at 10am). My son is still having breakfast. He stopped him from eating and ask us out of the dining hall. We arrived at 945am. We expect the waiter to clear the buffet at 10am, but did not expect the waiter stop us from eating. My wife has a plate of food, she asked for takeaway since it's a waste to discard, but was stopped by the waiter. The waiter is very hostile.. I have never experience this type of service anywhere in the world, and shouldn't happen in Japan.

Pros:

The room was clean, the environment was nice, and the location was great.

Cons:

The only issue was that after my spa visit, my skin to itch so badly I couldn't sleep all night.

Pros:

離富士山樂園火車站很近，走路五分鐘可以抵達，搭公車也是很近，火車站走出來就是公車站，房間跟照片一致，四人房落地窗很大景色很好，早餐很棒有魚肉、有草莓，只是飲料機果汁不太會甜，大澡堂也棒，每人一小格洗澡，可跟別人隔開，吹風機很好是戴森牌，還有附贈一次性梳子跟乳液、卸妝油等可以使用，有室內跟室外兩個浴池。

Cons:

四人房放四張單人床，走道空間很小，會無法打四個開行李箱(可能都要半開)，因為我們是三人入住，所以一張雙可以放兩個行李箱維持走到暢通。
