I felt very welcome and comfortable and location was perfect.
Pros:

The friendly staff was very welcoming and let me check in early. The location is absolutely perfect. My room was lovely - clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was solid, and staff were very attentive and helpful!
Razan at the front desk was exceptional!
She helped with everything - from check in to breakfast to helping procure drivers and day trips. She was really amazing!!!

Best location and best hospitality
Pros:

The hotel staff did their outmost to make our stay perfect. We had great rooms.
The happy hour every afternoon is very special.
We had help with dinner reservations. We had a great time. Also the hotel location is great. Most places in city center are within walking distance.
