Ideal location, welcoming staff, and a comfortable nights rest
Pros:

Location outstanding
Super comfortable beds
Friendly staff. - often did exceptionally nice things for us
The black out curtains made the room very dark
Breakfast was not super large variety like some in Tel Aviv but what was there was quality especially the hot dishes, the dates, the loose tea and local honey
Good water pressure in the shower
Bathroom water can be very hot if desired
Adjustable AC made the room very cold

Cons:

It doesn’t have a Jewish vibe although I very much appreciate mezuzah on the door, candles and wine Shabbat evening - thank you

It does not have an ice machine accessible to guests

Not enough drawer closet space.

I felt very welcome and comfortable and location was perfect.
Pros:

The friendly staff was very welcoming and let me check in early. The location is absolutely perfect. My room was lovely - clean and comfortable.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was solid, and staff were very attentive and helpful!
Razan at the front desk was exceptional!
She helped with everything - from check in to breakfast to helping procure drivers and day trips. She was really amazing!!!
