お風呂は特に満足
Pros:

ユニットバスではなかったのもあって、しっかり身体が洗えたのと、湯船に浸かれた気がしました。シャワーの水圧が良くて満足です。

Affordable and nice choice in Kobe
Pros:

Nice business style hotel that has a very good location even though it may seem a bit far at first. You can get there from Kobe station in about 15min if you arrive by JR but once you are there you can get around by Hankyu metro first as the station is right beside the hotel (Shinkaichi station). The hotel itself is nice and clean. It's a weird mix of old and new and has probably been refurbished a few times. Everything you interact with in your room is nice and modern. I liked the spacious bathroom and the separate shower. I also liked that you can pick the amenities you need yourself from the first floor instead of having the room filled with stuff you don't need.
Lots of places to eat close by, just dive down in the aforementioned metro station if the weather is bad. Check out the Oden place right by the station entrance, it's more of an izakaya really with a great selection and good prices. Try their mini cabbage rolls with homemade mustart!

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit stale with little variation even if you like japanese food.The staff barely speak english but they still do an effort to help you out.Since the hotel is a bit old it doesn't have as good sound isolation as newer hotels and I could hear guests opening/closing doors, using the elevator and the room-cleaning crew in the morning quite loudly from my room

ニコチンが荷物に浸透してしまう
Pros:

週末でも予約できた。

Cons:

喫煙可のところしかあいていなく、仕方なく予約はしたものの、それにしてもタバコの臭いがきつすぎました。染み付いたカラオケの匂いでした。夜中に目が覚めてもタバコの臭いにうなされました。今後は禁煙可部屋は絶対に予約しません。
人生勉強になりました。

快適！
Pros:

駅から近く、飲食店もたくさんありました。
ホテルに手書きのマップがあり、おもてなしが伝わりとても良かったです。
部屋も清潔で、シンプルですが不自由なく過ごせました。
ベッドの寝心地も最高でした。
近くの駐車場が１日800円で停めれたのも良かったです。
こちらに来る機会があればまた利用させていただきたいです。

Cons:

良くないとまでは思いませんが、ゴミ箱が少し小さすぎたのでツインルームは大きめだといいのになと感じました。

また使わせて頂きます、とても良いホテルでした。掃除だけはもう少し徹底的にお願いします。
Pros:

お部屋がとても可愛くて居心地の良い空間でした。スタッフさんも丁寧で親切な対応をされていて良かったです。

Cons:

掃除が行き届いておらず、ゴミ(小さなもの)を２，３点発見してしまったことです。見逃しがちだとは思いますが、清掃には気を付けて欲しかったです、折角のお部屋が台無しです。

Pros:

ホテルの外観、ロビーもきれいで、お部屋もきれいでした。とても清潔なお部屋でした。洗面台の横に設置されている棚が大きくて、小物を置くのに重宝しました。ホテルの駐車場が満車だったので、近隣のコインパーキングを紹介してもらうのもスムーズでした。枕の貸し出しもあり、枕に困られる方にとってはいいサービスだと思います。

Cons:

洗面台の下にゴミ箱がなかった。メイクをするのにテーブルにも照明があればと思いました。

Cons:

朝に歯ブラシをちょうだいしようと思ったけど
もう、カーテンロールが下に下りていていただけなかった。
今思うと声をかければくださったかと思うのですが、朝でバタバタしていたので
ない😑

で、そこまで頭みわらなかった。
後、夜も補充が充分でなく、無いものもあった。
