Pros:

Nothing it was filthy and the stuff don't know how to treat the customer 😒 it's sad with new owners it's gone very bad furniture is disappointing it needs complete a good renovation never again I will be coming back but not at the filthy hotel

Ver bad experience. Room was smelling and not maintained properly. Damp mark was visible everywhere.

Room size was decent and the property was close to airport.

Cons:

My booking was inclusive of dinner and the property told me that I can only choose between thali and Biryani and no other options will be available. This was never mentioned in the booking website and I feel that the guys are not transparent. More over rooms are not clean although it was big in size but maintenance was poor.

wonderful stay
Pros:

the rooms were very good, comfortable and the staffs were very helpfull...was clean enough so no complaints.One thing I really liked was the food...it was superb

the ac was giving problems....maybe because i noticed they were repair works going on during my stay...other then this,there were no issue

Pros:

Buffet Breakfast was amazing, with varied varieties. Everything was just great. Airport is nearer, while railway/local station is far. Metro Station is very close. one of the busiest areas of Mumbai Suburb

Pros:

The shower was fantastic, with a high-velocity jet spray that felt invigorating. The powerful water pressure made it feel like a spa experience - no need to visit one with such great wall showers!

Cons:

The room was with a strong damp smell. It seemed like the walls were soaked with moisture, and I could sense it everywhere. The first night was a struggle to acclimatize, and it was so uncomfortable that I genuinely feared it could trigger asthma symptoms.

Pros:

Nothing much to like about this hotel, maintenance was not good.

Cons:

1. Room wast pretty old and stinky.
Shower tap was liking, despite of so many reminders it was not fixed.
2. Room landline was not working, despite of so many reminders, it was not fixed. Have to called up reception for any room service.
3. Food was not good. Same type of breakfast buffet every morning. Morning breakfast was so boring and taste less.
4. Room was like a chawl.
