I booked this hotel between 05th jan 16 to 08th jan 16 and found it as one of the worst stay I ever had in my life. The management is pathetic, they don't even bothered about their guests. There was no perfect management of anything (this includes everything)..... Please avoid booking this hotel any further, rest depends on you.
i have had a horrible experience with my bookings made from Expedia. the hotel refused to recognise the booking and since it was late in the evening plus during vacation's rush, i did not find any other hotel and was forced to spend the night in my car.
I have never stayed in a place that bad and would like to warn everybody to not go there. We wanted to stay there after 5 days remote hiking and did not have high expectations but this place was really horrible
On pictures this place looks nice, but nothing of that is true.
> cottages are no houses, they are stalls with 5 cm between the door and floor, doors are not closing properly, floor is broken with carpet on the top but you have to make sure to not fall because of the holes under that
> no warm water is available, bathroom was very dirty and stinky, toilet not flushing properly
> big spiders on the wall and bed sheets had stains
> we came in the fall, nights were around zero, but no heating in the stall available and thin blankets (the only thing that saved us thru this night were our sleeping bags from hiking)
> electricity was not working properly suddenly when sitting in the room (again our head lamps from hiking saved us here thru the evening)
Our problem was that we had paid this place in advance, otherwise we would have stepped out out immediately. But the highlight was, after we had settled in the room for one hour we were asked again to pay and even after showing the receipt they argued for over 30 min and almost forced us to pay again!
This place should not be listed as a hotel.
