Cons:

The breakfast was not good and also the hotel staff fooled us by charging extra 200 bhat for a stain on bed sheet though it is part of cleaning and hotel, just a single dot on bed sheet and they entered are room without our permission for cleaning

Perfect stay for the money and to experience true local neighborhood
Pros:

It was on a level you expect from such hotel: service, quality, cleanliness, comforts. I was especially surprised how quite it was as not a lot of people was on my floor, but also surrounding area outside. I had perfect sleeps, but I am not so complicated about that. Having a shutle service to the terrain station was also a pleasure. Stuff was helpful and profesional

Cons:

It is a little bit distantly located and the massage salon was not the best you can have in a neighborhood. Also they don’t accept card payment or Apple Pay. That was a bummer for me, as I left out my physical card at home, since we don’t use it in our country.

„This hotel is a complete joke – cheap and absolutely worthless.“

Cons:

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Two of those nights were practically sleepless.
The reason is the extreme lack of soundproofing in the rooms on the 5th floor. Because of the two doors, you can hear absolutely everything. The room doors are constantly being slammed shut. Guests seem no longer capable of closing a door properly.

We are talking about noise between 11:00 PM, midnight, 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM.
In addition, rooms were apparently rented to Chinese guests. They arrived around 10:00 PM, and from that moment until 2:00 AM it was extremely loud: loud talking, laughing, banging on the walls, and the room doors were slammed around 30–40 times.

The reception phone rang 30–50 times, as many other hotel guests were obviously complaining as well. Nothing changed. The noise finally stopped around 3:00 AM.
At 6:30 AM, it started again when other guests woke up: full volume again, 20–30 doors being opened and slammed shut, plus shouting, laughing and running in the hallway.

On the second night, another group arrived around 2:00 AM, also from China. Until 3:30 AM, these guests were talking as if they were deaf and were again unable to close their doors normally. Loud conversations were held through open doors.

After initial big apologies, we were told that next time we should book a room on the 8th floor, where it is supposedly quieter.
But why can we still hear doors being slammed from the 6th floor?

This hotel is unacceptable.
The best part: no hot water for showering, only at the sink. This was never fixed.

Yes, the hotel is cheap – but you get exactly what you pay for: junk.
We had additional nights booked for a later date and requested a cancellation, which was refused.
This place is not even willing to refund the money. That says everything about this hotel.
