Will be back to stay again!
Pros:

We booked a room with two single beds (with the intention of putting them next to each other for a slightly bigger double bed). We got the room on the first floor and when travelling with family, that made the process of lugging our luggages easier. The bathroom is standard for a Singapore bathroom with hot water and good water pressure. The room and bathrooms were clean. Rooms are clean after the second day (which was fine and timely, we didn't mind that). Water bottles were provided (or you can head to the nearest 7/11 and get more, there's a fridge to store your drinks). The location is amazing as well! Mustafa Centre is a 10 minute walk. We relied on taxi due to the nature of our trip but the MRT station isn't that far of a walk and you'd be able to head to the attractions easily via the blue line.

Cons:

Due to us being located on the first floor, we could hear the trucks/cars that stopped in front of the hotel. It can get a bit noisy in the morning but at night it would be the random chatters which doesn't really disrupt sleep. If you are a light sleeper, would suggest bringing earplugs (or if the hotel could provide it, that would be great too!).

Lo único bueno era la chica de recepción!! La habitación tenía olor a humedad, cerrado y sucio..la cama mega incomoda y haciendo un ruido como si se rompiera en cualquier momento..el baño super incómodo porqué entras a ducharte y se moja todo! Después no puedes usar el batería porqué esta todo mojado y si lo quieres usar tienes que secar el suelo y el bater...fue una experiencia orible. Es demasiado caro para lo que es!!!

No apto para alérgicos y en una zona desagradable
Pros:

Uno de los puntos a favor del hotel es que la habitación era más grande de lo que esperaba. Contaba con una mini nevera y un hervidor, y ofrecían café, agua y té. Además, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. El personal de recepción fue correcto. Fueron cordiales en el check in y check out. El metro esta literalmente a 30 segundos del hotel, tiene muy buena conexión.

Cons:

El hotel no tiene ventanas, algo que ya sabíamos al reservar, pero realmente afecta bastante a la ventilación. No es apto para personas alérgicas a ácaros o a la humedad: la habitación era muy húmeda, hasta el punto de que costaba respirar, y mi pareja sufrió un ataque de alergia en la segunda noche. El baño es pequeño, con ducha integrada y sin cortina, por lo que al ducharse se moja todo y la humedad se mantiene en la habitación todo el día. La moqueta se veía sucia y con manchas y, aunque la cama era grande, no resultaba cómoda: era muy blanda casi te hundias en ella y a ratos la sensación era cómo si se clavara algo en la espalda. La habitación no tiene nada de aislamiento acústico. Quizas fue casualidad por el tipo de huéspedes pero a las 6 de la mañana se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones (cadena del baño, ducha, puertas abrir y cerrar,etc)

El barrio es muy desagradable, especialmente de noche. Llegamos tarde y al intentar salir a comprar agua o algo de cenar, nos encontramos con cucarachas justo al salir del hotel y ratas enormes en la calle y en una tienda de alimentación cercana. Por la noche, las calles están llenas de hombres que entran a clubs, con fotos de mujeres en la fachada, borrachos y suciedad por todas partes, creando un ambiente muy desagradable.

En general, no volvería a alojarme en esta zona; me horrorizó. Singapur suele mostrar una imagen moderna y limpia, pero en este barrio parece que estuvieras en otro país. Pagamos 150 € por dos noches y, aunque esperaba q fuera un espacio pequeño no pensaba que hubiera tal nivel de humedad. El hotel no ofrece opción de desayuno.
A pesar de haber viajado a varios sitios y haberme hospedado en peores barrios y sitios con menor puntuación no recomendaria la zona y el sitio aunque sea solo para dormir.
