Overall good room and price/ratio but zero support from the staff.
Cons:

It is a no-go that questions raised through messages remained unanswered.
Direct calling didn’t make sense as the personnel couldn’t speak English.

アクセスがとても良かった。
ただし、夜遅くに上海虹橋駅に到着したので、上海虹橋空港の第ニターミナルから第一ターミナルに移動する地下鉄の終電が23:00ぐらいで終わっており、タクシーで移動するしかなかった。

朝食はビュッフェ形式でメニューも多く満足です。
