Wenn Ascona dann ins Luna!
Pros:

Sehr herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang; Zimmer ruhig und am Ende des Flures, so wie bestellt. Ebenfalls war die Garage reserviert und dazu ein Begrüßungsgetränk - so fühlt man sich als Gast sofort wohl und willkommen.

Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt im Luna, aber der bisher beste. Das Zimmer neu, perfekt ausgestattet und einwandfrei sauber. Vielleicht ein Inhaberwechsel in der letzten Zeit?

Zu den genannten Vorzügen noch die stadtnahe Lage und das umfangreiche Frühstück, so dass wir immer wieder gerne im Luna übernachten werden.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location only the Wi-Fi needs improvement.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent location and a bus stop nearby. The breakfast was also good, although adding a small selection of salad would make it even better.

Cons:

The only issue was the internet connection. I stayed on the third floor, where the regular Wi-Fi did not work properly. I informed the staff, and they kindly gave me another access code, but the connection was still not very good. If the hotel improves the Wi-Fi coverage, everything will be excellent.

Hotel corrispondente alla descrizione con tutto funzionante correttamente e pulito. Ci sono cassaforte, piccolo frigo e il necessario per il caffè. Le tapparelle e le tende oscuranti fanno ottimamente il loro dovere. Carina l'idea di personalizzare con un biglietto il ristoro all'arrivo con acqua e dolce. Checkin professionale e premuroso. Fermata autobus mezzi pubblici a due passi. Piacevole il balconcino. Lo consiglio e premetto che pochissime volte dò il massimo dei voti ad una struttura,
