Breakfast was ok not as great as the reviews.
Rooms are small. Don’t like everyone can see in the indoor pool area.
Location was nice. Breakfast was nice. Bathroom was clean
Carpet had alot of stains. Rooms smelled bad
Pool area nice. Workout facility was decent. Room was great
Parking could of been better
Die Lage war sehr gut
Allerdings war es nicht so schön, dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte
The breakfast was really good and the aera was very clean
Very nice. Room was nice and clean and updated. The only problem we had was the pillows were not comfortable. My husband said Ned was hard but I loved it. Will definitely stay again
Just the pillows. Was hard to find the place at first
The desk staff were attentive and responsive to my needs (read the next section) otherwise I would have given a much lower rating. The first room on the 3rd floor was fantastic for the price. Clean except for a large rip in the bedroom chaise, spacious, well designed, ample sitting area, 2 tvs, and updated amenities. If all king suites are like this then this place is worth the value. The location had easy access to the Starbucks across the street, exits to 64 or straight to downtown UVA/Charlottesville.
Coffee was not good and often just warm outside of breakfast hours. Hot water for tea was always lukewarm. Worst wifi experience. The wifi simply did not work. Download speeds were less than 1Mbps, so I could not get any work done or use the internet without using my phone's hotspot. Hotel charged me for a 2nd night without knowing why, but they were able to remove it once I let them know I had checked out. My first room had a backed up toilet that overflowed into the bathroom (just water). They quickly changed my room at 10pm. New room was not as spacious or updated and the shower had the typical dirty caulking work. The heater took forever to warm the room. New room temp at 75F was significantly colder than the original room at 72F. Something was definitely not right with the thermostats. Also, the remote controls don't allow you to get back to the menu since navigation buttons are missing on the replacement remotes for the Samsung flat panels. If the original room did not have a toilet issue, then my experience would have been quite different except for the wifi and coffee/tea in the lobby.
Breakfast quality was better than at cheap hotels but there is still room for improvement
The pool actually works like advertised
The bathroom shower and toilet area not actually vending machines and no cash
