Good value but don't stay here if you need to use the wifi.
Pros:

Overall clean in the lobby, halls, and room. The price I got was decent value.

Cons:

Wifi is non-existent. 2nd stay (3rd room) and the speeds are the same (.13Mbps using speedtest). Unusable. For this reason alone I will not stay here if I need to work because you cannot work. The shower caulking is messy and has mold. Same issue as last time. I don't understand why this issue cannot be resolved in most hotels when caulking is fast and easy to do with a professional.

If we ever return to the area we would stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Even with a college baseball team staying there also, you never ran out of food for breakfast. and all food selections were very good!!!

I will try different places next time and compare
Pros:

Changed the room when i complained about the mold/ animal smell covered with chemical sprays.

Cons:

Price is really bad

First assigned room was terrible. After complaining about the allergy problems, they switched.

Staff gave me a room which was already occupied.
When someone says what are you doing? I'm in this room. I got embarrassed.

Charged extra 50$ for any lost items.

Pros:

The room in and of itself was well equipped, but the location had many problems. Breakfast was fine. The pool was nice.

Cons:

We had room 116 which is 1, next to the elevator and 2, close to the lobby and breakfast area. The room was very loud mostly due to the elevator running at all hours. There should not be any guest room against the elevators.

Hotel was in a great location and had a traffic light at the entrance which made commuting a breeze.
Pros:

The indoor pool was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet left wasn't very good. There was alot of carbs, i.e., waffles, breads, bagels, etc. More proteins would have been nice, scrambled eggs, bacon, link sausage, etc.

This is a basic hotel that offered a decent nights rest, but we wound up avoiding the breakfast completely.
Pros:

The price was reasonable and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Unappealing location extremely close and overlooking a different hotel. The breakfast buffet drastically needs attention; some containers were dirty, and some items- the bagels and oatmeal add-ins- were stale and needed to be thrown out and replaced. The fresh fruit isn’t.
