Location is perfect where it’s at, the breakfast wasn’t very much at 7:45 was disappointed

NEVER stay here. Even if the toilets are golden, the customer service is horrible!

Would not work with us when we had a change of plans due to our trip being altered because the local attraction changed their hours. We had planned to drive the 3 hrs out of our way to go and decided it was not worth the hassle to stay at a hotel. In October when we planned our trip, they were open. I completely understand if it was peak season and this hotel was overbooked but this was mid-week in December. Very poor customer service and we will never choose you again when we travel. Enjoy your $150.

Cons:

Desk staff were awful on the phone. When I reached them online messaging system as instructed, they sent us an "out of office" reply. Still charged us full price for the room.

I liked that everything was clean and gym was in decent condition but the treadmill was not working.

Beds are not comfortable enough for a deep sleep. Curtains would be better if they were black out.

I would definitely stay there again and recommend this BW location to other travelers.
