Quartos bem antigos. Precisei duas vezes do serviço da cozinha: uma para pedir uma colher e um prato de sobremesa para comer iogurte. Tive muita dificuldade, inclusive tive até que assinar um termo para pegar esses dois objetos.

Na segunda vez, precisei aquecer um croissant, mas o pessoal da recepção não aceitou, dizendo que não era possível aquecer comidas de fora. Considerando que passei uma semana no hotel, obviamente fiz algumas refeições no quarto com alimentos que eu mesma trouxe.

No checkout, ainda por cima, a moça quis me cobrar um valor extra por uma colher e um pote de sobremesa, todavia esses objetos foram entregues, embora não comunicados na recepção. Não voltaria para esse hotel.
