Pros:

Absolutely awful hotel. I got bed bugs from staying there and now I’m dealing with bites all over my body and having to disinfect my entire apartment.

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately that’s the only positive thing I can say. The hotel was extremely dirty. There were even confetti and other dirt left in my room, and the bathroom was disgusting.

The area was also terrible, with drunk people everywhere and people shouting outside until very late at night/early in the morning, making it very difficult to sleep.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for something reasonably priced, but it still cost around €100, and I deeply regret staying there. What was supposed to be a way to save some money has turned into a nightmare, as I now have to deal with a possible bed bug infestation at home and bites all over my body.

Horrible experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

We stayed here whilst visiting for a concert at Wembley. Staff were really helpful when asking questions. Location was good for reaching the venue. Lots of shops around and our room was really nice. We arrived back from the concert with a fan in the room & we hadn’t even asked, a really thoughtful touch especially in 30+ degree heat.

Pros:

I have stayed couple of weeks ago in this place for about 4/5 nights and I highly recommended. The Stuff were very kind. Very clean and the location is excellent.

Good but there was no hot water. Also staff need training on how to deal with customer queries

Cons:

There was no hot water for shower and AC stayed on despite turning it off. When telling staff while checking out he said 'I'm only heat to check people in and out
