Muito bom, mas os preços exorbitantes das bebidas e comidas no bar da praia são um ponto negativo.
Pros:

Ótimas acomodações! Quarto muito limpo e espaçoso e Comida deliciosa.

Cons:

Os preços do restaurante são exorbitantes, mas isso é um problema geral muito sério não região de praia em Tulum.

Del Tulumban van a szállás. Jól felszerelt. Szuper étteremmel, gyönyörű parttal. Séta távolságban sok étterem, és szolgáltatás elérhető. Szép Design. Kényelmes hotel.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gut gelegen mit schönem Blick auf den Strand vom Restaurant. Super Frühstück, guter Kaffee. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Karte allerdings begrenzt.

Ridiculously expensive comparing to other hotels in the area. Breakfast is minimal. Restaurant is way overpriced (like 390 peso for Margarita and if you ask it to be strong they would charge another 350 peso). Pool is a joke.

The perfect place to get away wit hour family.
Pros:

This is our third time staying at Chiringuito with our family (two adults, three children. The property is a perfect size, located in a very quiet part of Tulum Beach, with very nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. So the location is great.

The layout of the property is great. Our children are always close, whether they are at the beach, in the restaurant, in the pool, or playing with the cats at the front desk. And the room-types we chose, the stacked rooms in one building, work perfectly for our family. Our kids stay downstairs, we stay upstairs with the deck and private pool. It's quite luxurious. The pool upstairs is quiet, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind.

The restaurant food, and service, is great. We've gotten to know some of the waitstaff over the years, which is always nice, and Santos was there again this year. He took care of us, making sure our children were happy with smoothies in-hand. Breakfast in the restaurant, overlooking the sunrise and the beach, is one of our favorite times as a family.

Finally, coming back for three years, it's really comfortable and the management / staff remember us. They make everything easy for us, which we appreciate.

we would not hesitate to come back
Pros:

We found room 1 absolutely stunning. It is huge with an evenly huge terrasse overlooking the beach club, the beach and the sea. Thanks to the integrated mosquito nets the sliding window can stay open all night. We loved to drift off into a deep sleep in the gorgeous bed listening to the sounds of the sea. The style is minimalistic and sleek with stylish furniture. Very soothing. Also the tropical garden with a very pretty pool is lovely. we would not hesitate to come back.

Cons:

The breakfast is quite good but also a bit monodimensional, it could be more mexican. The room service was a bit unreliable: some day the bed was made sometimes not, same with the refilling of the mini bar. But this doesn't vreally count in comparison to the outstanding qualities of this amazing small luxury hide away.

We really enjoyed peaceful sunrises and delicious breakfast on the terrace every morning.

Cons:

Loud music at the beach club on Saturday during the day/evening. But otherwise it was very peaceful and seemed much quieter than many surrounding hotels.

Ein schönes, ästhetisches Hotel mit viel Charme, das mit einigen Verbesserungen noch deutlich besser sein könnte.
Pros:

Der Manager und das Personal an der Rezeption waren durchgehend sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Unsere Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und das Team hat stets schnell und bemüht reagiert.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts kein direkt verfügbares warmes Wasser beim Duschen. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung an das Personal konnte das Problem nicht behoben werden. Das Wasser wurde jeweils erst nach etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten warm, sodass unnötig viel Wasser ungenutzt ablief, was wir als sehr unangenehm und auch als Verschwendung empfunden haben.

Das Frühstück bestand zudem täglich aus der gleichen, sehr begrenzten Auswahl. Es gab kaum Abwechslung und insgesamt nur wenige Optionen, sodass es auf Dauer eintönig wurde.

Das Restaurantpersonal war zwar freundlich, wirkte jedoch zeitweise gestresst und unkoordiniert, was den Service teilweise verzögert hat.

Séjour dépaysant au calme.
Pros:

Emplacement dans la zone touristique mais un peu reculé donc plus calme attention si vous n’avez pas de voiture c’est compliqué.
La plage est magnifique

Cozy oceanfront stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in South Tulum. It’s located a bit far from the party zone, which made it extremely quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a chill getaway. We stayed in the ocean-view suite with a private pool, and the room was absolutely amazing. The terrace view was truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent and very convenient for ordering room service and asking questions throughout the stay. The hotel also has a beautiful sandy beach right in front, with gorgeous sunbeds that made it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean.

Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful hotel with stunning views, excellent service, and a very relaxing atmosphere. With a few small improvements, it could be truly exceptional.

Cons:

There are a few points that could be improved. The private pool water was quite cold, with no option to heat it, so it was more suitable for a quick dip rather than proper use. It would also be nice to have fresh cold bottled water in the minibar instead of a water dispenser. While the room itself was kept very clean, the rooftop pool was not cleaned during our stay and became quite dirty after a couple of days. Additionally, the toilet had a slight unpleasant smell at times, which could be improved with better ventilation or maintenance.

It’s also worth noting that fresh water seems to be a general issue in Tulum, as the shower and bathroom water were quite salty—similar to ocean water—though this is likely beyond the hotel’s control. Room service was only available until 6 p.m., so ordering dinner to the room wasn’t possible. However, breakfast room service was included and free of charge, which was a lovely touch.

Breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with care, but the variety was limited. Each day, the main choice was essentially the type of eggs you wanted (scrambled, omelet, poached, etc.). While the quality was great, a bit more variety would make it even better.
