Clean place but terrible valet service

The hotel was clean and in a great location. The women at the front desk were nice and easy to work with.

Cons:

The website says private parking 45 dollars, but it was actually valet parking only for 48 dollars. There is no self parking at all, which should be made more clear on the website. The valet employees were so pushy and a little rude, almost like they were trying to aggravate me, so that I would argue with them, but I don't like to argue with people. They were super pushy about taking our keys when we were trying to actively unload our vehicle. I would understand their behavior if it was a busy time, but we were checking in late at night and were the only vehicle in the driveway. They need a better narrative and approach when people pull in. I've been to many hotels with valet parking only that have not been so pushy or harassing when we just got in and were trying to check in and unload. Also, they gave us a card to text when we needed our vehicle so it would be ready for us when we were leaving, but that system didn't even work. 15 minutes later, we still had to go downstairs and wait for the valet to fetch our car, and she stated she hadn't gotten the request. After we were on the road, I got a text back saying there were no available valets and to try 10 minutes later.

Loved our stay,best hotel on 8 night trip!
Pros:

Domonique,working the breakfast buffet,was Stellar! Very friendly and accomadating.Jada at front desk friendly and helpful.The valet team was also excellent.The gentleman at the evening front desk needs to polish his customer skills.

Parking structure across the street was much cheaper than the hotel parking. Walkable to sites and things to do.

Cons:

The staff was rude and couldn't be bothered. A lot of foul language being used freely by the staff. My husband told them there was no paper towel in the lobby mens room and they told him to dry his hands on a napkin near the coffee pot. They gave us keys to our room but forgot to scan them so we couldn't get in
so we had to come back down, stand in line again to get keys that would actually open our room. Lazy staff
