Exceptional Room. Value for money. Bad location and Parking.
Pros:

The hotel stay is awesome. The room are very big and spaciaous, exceptionally planned, bathrooms are even better. . Room service food was exceptional. Staffs are very helpful and very attentive.

Cons:

The parking is not private or feeling safe. The location of the hotel is not good. the location is crowded hence the parking is cramped.

Easy Check-in and Check-out. Very clean and comfortable. Pleasant Staff. Relaxing environment in the room.

Cons:

1.Took a shower. The shower floor was very slippery when wet. Bath Mat is a must.

2. There was work going on in the room next door during the night and the noise woke us a few times at night. Reception Staff pretended as if they did not know about it next morning.

3. After Check-in we went to the Restaurant for a cup of tea, but were told that they were preparing for 'Iftar' and couldn't serve us.
We were taken to the small Cafe on the ground floor where we waited over 45 minutes to get a small freshly prepared Pizza and Tea.

3 perfect days at Raviz Calicut
Pros:

Room was perfect; very clean and comfy. Swimming pool and surroundings satisfied us. You can order food and beverages to chill in outdoor at dining area. I recommend to take half board option for meals, so you can enjoy high quality and delicious Indian cuisine in you dinner as well. Do not forget to reserve massage in SPA. You will enjoy every second.

And about personnel; their service was just exceptional, especially, at restaurant, it was beyond our expectations.
