Stay away from the brand Raviz .
Pros:

Excellent located in Mavoor Road , access to everything and rooms are spacious .

Cons:

Staff need more training on how to handle the clients . Repeatedly called and asked on the number of occupancy and even asked to pay the extra for the kid on the 4th day where as i have shared all the 4 IDs on the day 1 .
Absolutely no customer centric approach and wouldn’t rate highly and not coming back to stay at Raviz . I Being from the hospitality group , we manage Four Seasons Hotel Residences and this is a non negotiable way of handling customers . Have a lot of room to improve

Too much money for very poor accomodation.
Pros:

Good choice of dishes.

Cons:

The room AC was very bad. It made the room damp and clammy. the room floor had a layer of water moisture.
