Quiet, clean, and roomy
Pros:

Stay here a few times for medical reasons. Close to Minnesota eye institute- very flexible with check in when possible. Handicap room was very spacious, quiet and clean.

Cons:

We were disappointed in the breakfast this time. No coffee had to ask to make more, no sausage or bacon was served. Always have waffles as my go to. They did served strips of French toast, and eggs with no meat. Kinda disappointed- hot tub was hot but jets were mild not aggressive.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, good variety, well stocked. My only complaint is that they took the fresh coffee away before the end of breakfast. The "all day" coffee was empty.

Everything was great, except the pool area. Therefore, we chose not to use it

Cons:

The pool area I felt had way to much chlorine and it made my eyes burn after being in there for only 2 minutes.

Pros:

This is the 2nd time wr have stayed at this location! Each time has been great! The pool is clean and fun, the rooms are comfortable and there is always coffee available in the lobby!

Cons:

The breakfast is hot the lobby is inviting. The employees go above to help! Especially during a blizzard and you get stuck in town for an extra day!

Friendly staff that goes out of the way to make you comfy
Pros:

Just had eye surgery and all I wanted to do is sleep! We had made reservations the day before to stay - we arrived early and the staff was awesome and let us check in early!

Pros:

Close in proximity to where we wanted to stay. Love the kiddie splash pool. Convenient parking lot.

Cons:

Most staff didn't speak English. The front desk was understaffed most times. Had to stand around and wait for towels for the pool each time needed. The curtains in the room stayed had been shredded and hung with threads blowing around. It looked terrible 😕
The day after my trip, I came down with the stomach flu making me think it I picked something up in the pool.
