Pros:

I want a refund!

This property needs to be condemned. This little hotel used to be such a great little stay. However, management has let the property fall apart. The bathroom door, well there was non other than a sliding barn door that fell off its hinges despite the plastic bag wrapped around the end of the rail. The AC was only about 12 inches from one of the beds. Despite we had a non smoking room it smelled like someone just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes right before we got there along with a very musky moldy smell.
One lady that also was staying couldn’t take it and demanded a refund and left that hotel. The next morning we couldn’t even take care of the basic necessities. We had absolutely no running water. We couldn’t shower, brush our teeth, use the toilet nothing!

I didn't eat breakfast. The view and walking distance to shops and food were good. Staff very friendly.

Not great! But good location

I love the location. Walking distance to all the fun. Right on the river.

Cons:

I tried calling them everyday 2 weeks prior to my reservation day and night. No one ever answered the phone. When I arrived and went to check in I called and the manager just let it ring. Anytime I went into the office there was no one in there. Breakfast included! Consist of packaged food to heat in the microwave. The facility needs outside maintenance.

Very disappointed for the price range of the room the bathroom window is only block from being able to view from the out

Nothing short of a nightmare

There was a new tv in the room that’s about it

Cons:

The floor was dirty and the fridge had mold in it. My girlfriend also woke up with bug bites all over her. The parking was terrible and such a headache. When I walked up to the room the door was jammed and the lady just told me “you gotta push it” no assistance or anything

The good outweighed the small dissatisfactions

Location was excellent . The mattress on the bed left a little to be desired. Could have had fresh towels on second nite. In all we were pleased and will be back.

Cons:

Fire alarm was missing, bath had and open electrical socket, and we felt unsafe. Toilet and floors were filthy. Air conditioner leaked water on the floor.
People were smoking pot on the deck as well.
