An amazing 3-night experience at Loft29. From the very beginning, Davidee, the host and owner, communicated intensively and was quick to respond. The location is close to St. Peter's Basilica, close to the Metro station (Cipro) and directly across from a 24-hour Carrefour. Davide is very friendly and helpful, and quite flexible, we were able to store our luggage before check-in time. Davide gave us lots of great local tips. When I shared this place on my social media, many people asked about it, I was worried that as it became more popular it would be difficult to book or the price would increase. On the one hand, I wanted more people to get the chance to know this place, but on the other hand, I was worried that it would be even more difficult because of the high demand, a wonderful dilemma, right Davide😁.

It was a beautiful old hotel, with a nice bar. Was clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet with contemporary touches.

The Gunawarman is a home away from home. The moment you arrive you are greeted with warmth and attentative service. The boutique hotel is classic and European in taste. The space is intimate and familiar. The rooms are beautiful, White Classic is my favourite as it is spacious and bright. The lobby cocktail bar is one of our favourite places to get drinks and relax. Truly it is a pleasure to stay here.

It was in a very safe neighborhood, with a street full of lovely restaurants and cafés. Very elegant restaurants, but very cheap prices with excellent food. The rooms are big and have very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and attentive.

The location is perfect - walking distance to good places for food, coffee & shopping. The customer service (especially the front desk staff, Noffy) is very courteous & helpful.

The hotel's concepts are well blended from the entrance to the rooms and restaurant. The location is strategic and near to eateries and malls.

The service was excellent the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. They really made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay.

I truly appreciate the effort put into both the design and the service. Highly recommended, and I would love to return again❤️

Let me start with the good things first. The interior! Its so vintage and classy totally my style and aesthetic. Our room also have a bathtub. The service is quite decent from the concierge and the receptionist. They help me store my cake and support my request to bring the table cloth and rose vase to my room. Now to the bad thinngs. The food was meh for a place that screams exellent through their interior. The breakfast I got in a 4 star hotel usually is a buffet but here its just ala carte and it taste average. I got english breakfast and its like lack of seasoning like homemade stuff not restaurant worthy. Even my earl grey tea taste too much water, barely the taste of earl grey. Soo disappointed. The cake they give for complimentary anniversary gift for us taste to much and heavy, hard to finish eventhough its a small portion. The bathroom has no bidet for the front only the back so if you pee you need to use tissue paper which is very uncomfortable for an expensive room. The bathroom door creaked everytime i close and open it, please oil it soo annoying. Overall i expected more but got disappointed. Please improve, such a waste for a hotel with a beautiful interior.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious with a lot of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting .
