Nice decor and had a great night sleep in the comfortable beds and bedding. The breakfast was ample with scrambled eggs and pan sausage. The oatmeal was good with multiple items for toppings. Glad we chose this hotel for our one night stay after arriving on our flight at 11 pm. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient getting us to our room quickly.

This is a standard Fairfield Inn - a plastic hotel on the edge of the city, near the main Carrier Heating and Cooling plant. Sort of the middle of nowhere.
I was there the week that Syracuse University new students were moving in so rates everywhere were above average.
I asked for housekeeping, but it still took an extra ask to the staff in the hallway to get it.
Due to location, there are not many food options in the area. Standard Fairfield Inn breakfast, but for other meals you’re on your own.
The pool is not the best… it’s not for kids and the area is in is a little strange. The cleaning staff was rude and the breakfast was really bad the 2 days we were there. Pass on this one and is strange becuase the reviews seemed ok… super disappointed.
This hotel is about 15 minutes from downtown Syracuse and the state fair by car. It is very clean and quiet. Well-maintained. Breakfast is included. There are several other chain hotels nearby but not much else. You need to have a car. Staying here was a good choice.
The bed was so uncomfortable! I was in pain from the first night to checkout.

Lady behind the counter at check in was geniunely friendly and welcoming. The hotel looked new. Our room was immaculate with an amazing huge shower. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. I think I would come back just for that. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
