Pros:

Spacious room.
Support staff is helpful

Cons:

The Jacuzzi doesn't work. Heating was not working properly.
Our main door wouldn't lock.
The receptionist does not give 2 F's and she barely looks up to even talk to you. When informed that the door wouldn't lock and how are we supposed to go out or when can it be fixed? her reply 'so maybe don't leave and I don't know when it can be fixed'
We had to find and approach the support staff ourselves to get it looked at.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay. The best part was that my 4 and 5-year-old daughters weren't bored at all and keep teasing me to recreate that feeling from time to time. It's often said that good things don't last too long, and I wish the space and service had remained as good as what I just experienced. The question is, should I say thank you for the quality of service and the welcoming atmosphere, or should I see it all as a challenge that a professional team has successfully met, as if it were the norm? In any case, I must conclude by saying that it was good to have stayed at the hotel.

Relaxing, not perfect but comfortable.

The heater in the room was noisy. The fridge froze my food. There were no extra blankets.
