Pros:

Great place to have a date.
I was disappointed because i reserve at casitas not a bungalow. I talk to the staff and they couldn't do nothing. They told me that always happen and they don't have a control. Also over pricing because there was no hot water. The staff was very helpful and very nice, feel sorry for them cause one staff member told me that the owner don't give them the tips that customer lives for them. I hope this help to resolve the problem with the tips issue not ok.
Please who ever come to this place do not put tips on the checks, give it straight to the server or who ever is helping you.

El lugar muy bonito !! Nos toco todo el lugar sin turismo así que estuvo Perfecto, la playa muy bonita
Lo que no me gusto esque no están nadie para hacer el check in y nos dijera que servicios incluía nuestra casita y a la hora del check out el concierge me llamo para decirme que las chicas de la limpieza querían saber si ya me iba salir porque ocupaban limpiar me pareció de pésimo gusto que no puedas hacer el check out ni 15 min mas tarde porque el personal de limpieza le urge que te vallas

Pros:

Careyes is a very special and unique place... we have no complaints at all, on the contrary,, everything went very well. Our casita was lovely, very close to the beach and one of their main restaurants. The whole experience was first class!!!
