Sehr sauberes Hotel in guter Lage, ca. 25 Min. mit S-Bahn von Messe Köln entfernt.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf den Rhein, direkt vor dem Fenster. S-Bahn 10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. In der näheren
Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr 15€ pro Tag
ist direkt gegenüber, aber in der näheren Umgebung auch ohne Gebühr vorhanden, jeder wie er will. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Auf den Zimmern gibt es kostenlos Kaffe und Wasser. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Bad ist modern und sauber, Duschgel u. Shampoo ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Kann nichts negatives nennen, der Preis war trotz Fibo in Köln sehr günstig, haben aber frühzeitig gebucht

Cons:

There was no fridge or microwave, which makes traveling with a baby or small children quite complicated. In addition, one of the receptionists ( a man) was not friendly at all, his responces was quiet racist!

Gut mit kleinen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Großes Zimmer. Frühstück mit Blick auf den Rhein.

Cons:

Renovierungsbedarf ist deutlich vorhanden. Keine öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehsender (ARD, ZDF, Dritte etc.) verfügbar. Blick auf den Parkplatz.

Der Versuch mich abzuzocken ist eine sauerei
Cons:

Beim Check in wurde mir erklärt, dass ich zum falschen Termin angereist sei, und man mich erst im Mai erwartet. Nun erklärte mir der Mitarbeiter, dass ich bei einer Übernachtung zum vom mir gebuchten Termin den Messepreis von 220 € bezahlen müßte und nicht 120 E. Die bisherige Buchung kann ich stornieren, und erhalte vom mein Geld in Höhe von 120 € zurück.Nach dem ich dann meinen Buchungsbeleg von booking auf den Tresen gelegt hatte, wurde der MA sehr kleinlaut, und erklärte mir, er hätte mich verwechselt, und das trotz zweimaliger Kontrolle meines Personalausweises. Am nächsten Morgen bekam eine andere Mitarbeiterin den Vorgang mit, und war sehr um Aufklärung bemüht, und wollte mit dem MA ein Gespräch führen. Ich warf dem MA am Ende des Einchecken Erpressung mit dem Messepreis vor.
