They don’t accept cash in the restaurant, and this was important information that they didn’t mention.
The kitchen closes from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
I bought a cookie and it had ants in it.
I ordered my meat well done twice, and they still didn’t cook it properly. Also, the food is not good.

Stunning location and experience
Pros:

Location and the property itself are phenomenal. Feels like Lake Como. The garden is wonderful. The staff were super friendly. We had a shared bathroom work with other guests and it was always super clean.

Cons:

A lot of visitors are allowed on day passes so sometimes it feels a bit like you're fighting for space with them. Ideally they cap the entrance numbers and need a few more day beds

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — nestled into the hillside with stunning views of the water, beautiful architecture, and lush greenery everywhere you look. It truly feels like a hidden paradise, peaceful and special, and the rooms and common areas are just as gorgeous as the scenery.
The staff were also incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, which really added to the overall experience and made us feel well taken care of.

Cons:

The only downside was that there were quite a lot of people constantly taking photos and videos of themselves around the property, which sometimes took away from the serene atmosphere.

Pros:

Mooie locatie aan het meer met prachtig uitzicht. Het complex heeft een mooie en goed onderhouden tuin. Kamers zijn prima. Het is makkelijk om de boten aan te houden en naar andere dorpen te gaan.

Cons:

Er is niet veel in de buurt voor ‘s avonds als de boten niet meer gaan (rond 19u). Het eten in het hotel is duur. In Jaibalito zijn er beperkt alternatieven.

Amazing place, best place to stay around lake Atilian!
Pros:

Fantastic stay, just a beautiful hotel with so much attention to detail. Great swimming, stunning views and nice food. Staff also amazing! Tranquil and stunning.

Cons:

Room 5 is close to the restaurant, by 9:30pm noise dies down but by 7:00am people are having coffees there. They do try to keep to quiet hours and this is a budget room so as long as you know the above it’s all good!

Everything!! CDM was such a treat and a pleasure! The property was meticulously manicured and just so lush, inviting and beautiful. It exceeded my expectations!
