Nice stay but be aware cash only
Pros:

It was beautiful and a nice get away pictures don’t do it justice there lots of boats going bye to get to and from the property we didn’t have a problem getting a private boat around 8 pm our first night. No ac but wasn’t a problem cooled off at night room was clean and comfortable and food was ok

Cons:

Restaurant is a little on the pricy side but it’s your only option for breakfast and dinner and it’s charged to your room and the payment is ONLY IN CASH which is really challenging so I didn’t love the only cash payment we almost didn’t make it on our check out had to scrape up the cash as they only accepted big American bills not 1s 5s or 10s they did make an acceptation which we appreciate but still stressful and warning there are a ton of stairs but it’s not to bad without luggage

Spot maravilloso para fotos, los paisajes son hermosos y todo estaba muy limpio

El servicio es muy deficiente, la atención en general es “porque toca”, no se preocupan por tu bienestar ni porque tengas una buena experiencia. La comida también es bastante mejorable, es costosa y la calidad no es buena.

Les vistes, el personal es molt agradable. Tenen un entorn de plantes i flors i gatets que hi fa idílic. Es tranquil al vespre.

Es incomode haver de coordinar el temps de arribada i tornada amb les lanches. La habitació es petita i el llit es incomode. Les dutxes son molt lluny de l’habitació

Cons:

Se anuncia como cinco estrellas, pero la experiencia real está más cerca de las dos o tres. La habitación es muy justa de espacio, y la limpieza diaria no está garantizada: hay que pedirla expresamente cada día si quieres que te la hagan.
Otro punto a tener en cuenta antes de reservar: solo aceptan pagos en efectivo. No hay opción de tarjeta, así que ve preparado y asegúrate de pedir justificante de pago.
El trato del personal fue poco amable en general, sin la atención que se espera de un establecimiento de esta categoría.
Lo que sí tiene es una estética muy cuidada y rincones muy fotogénicos. Si buscas fotos bonitas, cumple. Si buscas un sitio donde alojarte cómodo y bien atendido, hay opciones mejores por el mismo precio.
