Bad experience. Refrigerator not working properly and was full of water under drawer bins, leaking out onto floor. Had to put down towels - no maintenance on site. After fussing with it, it finally kicked back on. Was initially told by front desk that place sold out, so couldn’t move, but eventually called to say they could move us, but we were already settled in. Window seals worn, wind howled through all night. Luggage carts falling apart (how hard us to replace these things?). And the tub - what’s up with it. Gross 🤢 Glad we were only booked for one night. Definitely would not return here.
Location is good. Parents should supervise their children. I almost got hit by a bat. There were baseball teams staying at the hotel. Maybe a sign to remind the parents would be good.
Ran out of shower gel. We called in the evening and were told that some would be brought to our room. No one came. I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning and was told, we don't have housekeeping staff at night so there is no way someone was going to bring you some shower gel. She also told me that they didn't have any at all and we would have to wait until the delivery at 8:30 on Saturday morning for some. We finally got some!

The room came with a kitchen very spacious. Loved the indoor heated pool.
Our first night someone car window was broken into.
The communication between staff was horrible. Was told I was checked in my room and when I wanted to charge my room for snacks I wasn't checked in and something happened to were it took 45min to do and I had to my credit card down 3 time which was weird.
Wish breakfast was longer.

We had to make our own bed ; sheets did not fit on mattress. They never brought us washcloths which we asked for . Light bulbs needed to bereplaced and never were !
