O Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Mogán é uma excelente opção para famílias com crianças. Todos os colaboradores foram extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Tivemos um problema na casa de banho do quarto, liguei para a receção e, em menos de dois minutos, já tínhamos um técnico de manutenção no quarto. Um serviço realmente exemplar.
Apesar de o hotel receber mais de 1.000 hóspedes na época alta, todos os espaços funcionam muito bem e nunca sentimos uma sensação de confusão excessiva. Naturalmente, a piscina das crianças é a zona mais movimentada, mas, mesmo assim, consegue-se desfrutar do espaço com tranquilidade.

Cons:

Como sugestões construtivas, deixo alguns pontos que considero importantes:

O nadador-salvador ou vigilante da piscina deveria permanecer de serviço para além das 18h00. Num dos dias assistimos a várias crianças, aparentemente sem supervisão, a vandalizarem as árvores junto à piscina, a atirarem paus para a água e a fazerem saltos completamente descontrolados, colocando em risco os restantes hóspedes. Muitas pessoas ficaram incomodadas com a situação. Tentámos alertar um funcionário, mas depois das 18h já não encontrámos ninguém do hotel na zona da piscina. Acredito que prolongar o horário do vigilante resolveria facilmente este tipo de situações, até porque, devido ao excelente clima, muitos hóspedes permanecem na piscina até às 19h00 ou 20h00.

A qualidade da rede Wi-Fi, especialmente no rés do chão do Bloco 3, é bastante fraca e poderia ser melhorada.

A piscina de adultos necessita de alguma manutenção. Existem muitos mosaicos (pastilhas) descolados, danificados ou remendados. Cheguei mesmo a cortar o dedo do pé por duas vezes, o que considero um aspeto importante para a segurança dos hóspedes.

As colaboradoras da limpeza começavam a bater à porta relativamente cedo e, durante a nossa estadia de sete noites, o cartão de "Não Incomodar" desapareceu por duas vezes.

Fora estes pequenos detalhes, tivemos uma excelente experiência. É um hotel muito bem organizado, com uma equipa excelente e que recomendo, sobretudo para famílias. Voltaria sem qualquer dúvida.

Descans i oci en un entorn tranquil i assolellat

El personal és molt agradable i atent. Les instal·lacions molt confortables, moltes opcions d’oci i descans i la oferta gastronòmica força original i variada.

Cons:

L’animació nocturna una mica fluixeta. Prioritzaven el mundial i els espectacles no eren gaire bons. Només va estar bé el del circ una de les 6 nits que ens hem allotjat. La minidisco infantil molt bé però després a dormir perque no hi havia alternativa interessant.
