Nice place for a couple of days
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and breakfast good. Quiet pool nice temperature

Cons:

Uprading of pools needed lots of missing tiles. Sunbeds very uncomfortable

2-3 star hotel deffo not a 5… I will not revisit
Pros:

We really liked the quiet pool, we liked the pool access room to the quiet pool. The snack bar at the downstairs pool did good food and so did the al a carte restaurant.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. We got two single beds pushed together when we asked for a double bed and they also came apart in the night. The cleaning of the rooms was below average, the hotel cleanliness was ok but flies around the food they had a real problem with. The majority of the staff including the cleaners were so rude, especially the waiters and waitresses. The downstairs pool areas was so busy and noisy as well as the buffet style restaurant/ especially at breakfast. They had this awful system for seating and if you get it wrong you get shouted at! The breakfast wasnt great and it was cold and ls covered. In flies too. They also took €300 off our card for room payments without telling us!

Pros:

La habitación aunque de movilidad reducida estaba a pie de piscina. Lo que nos gustó. Parking gratuito. Empleados muy agradables. A 1 km de la playa. La cama lo mejor.

Cons:

La zona de piscina llamada de tranquilidad estaba llena de niños. Fuimos para repetir un finde romántico y tranquilo en ese hotel, y no pudo ser. Un dia hubo hasta colas para desayunar.

Accueil sympathique, propreté de l' établissement, parking pour voiture grand et spacieux, petit déjeuner superbe et dîner très correct.

Cons:

Rideau troué dans la chambre et piscine en mauvais état avec pas mal de carreaux cassés.

Amazing, wonderful and memorable
Pros:

Loved all the friendly staff and how clean everything was. Amazing underground parking and we received a lovely upgrade as it was our 10 year anniversary.

Cons:

Maybe just more options for kids food.

Un hotel de supuesto nivel pero que tenga cuidado de no morir de éxito
Pros:

En general el hotel no está mal pero es un hotel del que espero algo bueno por lo que se paga y creo que este año no se han lucido del todo.

Cons:

Repetimos este año en familia nuevamente porque el año pasado fue muy bueno, este año ha sido bastante mejorable. La habitación era de una supuesta calidad inferior a la del año pasado pese a pagar lo mismo, los servicios de la habitación obviamente eran peores, no reponían champú o gel de baño, la comida en general creo que ha bajado un poco, está muy bien en general pero creo que el año anterior fue mejor, el día de barbacoa bastante mejorable la carne pero lo digo como crítica constructiva, la comida no estaba mala pero habían muchos detalles mejorables.
