We had a great week away in the warmth and sunshine of the canaries, and were able to totally relax

Lækkert sted med meget få mangler
Pros:

Mulighederne ved aktiviteterne, buffeten, stemningen, beliggenheden ja og meget mere
Personalet gjorde hele vejen rundt sit til at det hele skulle fungere optimalt

Cons:

Der var meget larm ved morgenmaden (fordi der var mange mennesker)
Liggestolene ved børnepoolene gjorde ondt at ligge på.
Afløbende på badeværelset i lejligheden trænger til at blive renset (vand løb langsomt ud)

Pros:

Very friendly staff, super helpful at all times. Food in restaurant was very good, especially at breakfast. Everything you could have wanted even down to little Activia bottles. Heated pools meant swimming was pleasurable in February. A 10 minute walk into Puerto Morgan and it’s beautiful. The harbour restaurants are fabulous.

Cons:

A very large property. Ugly construction makes the sleeping accommodation look like a massive grey concrete motel. Views around swimming pools, especially the ‘quiet’ one upstairs were just the buildings and the rocky hillside, and the reception block which is just brown concrete.

Pros:

Excellent hotel as long as you can get a room on the quiet pool deck - plenty of car parking spaces either in the street or in the free underground garage

Pros:

We really liked:
- the breakfast buffet variety and quality
- the staff overall was very friendly
- the animation team was awesome, especially Alfredo and Sandro
- activities for kids including the kids pool, playground and mini disco
- possibilities for outside sport - volleyball, climbing wall etc
- food taste is generally excellent especially in the upper pool restaurant

Cons:

- overall cleanliness - really poor both in the rooms, the restaurant and elevators..
- for a hotel aspiring to be kids friendly- really poor facilities for kids when it comes to sleeping (no kids pillows or duvets for kids beds and eating - no soups/purees on the lunch menu anywhere in the hotel, even older kids unable to reach food stations at buffet..
- overall the hotel is quite worn out and needs refresh
- when asking for a kids duvet, not only we got a big one, but it had holes in it!!! Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
- many of the staff don’t speak English at all, esp the waiting staff and they rely on 2-3 core people to do the translation for the entire restaurant (like on Georgia, who is awesome!!) - created quite some inefficiencies
- the beach towel services is super limited and extremely annoying..only a solange 3 hours/day

Behageligt hotel med store væresler og god faciliteter.
Pros:

Dejligt store værelser med god altan. Fin morgenmad. God faciliteter til sport (tennis, padel, fodbold) med nem mulighed for booking og lån af udstyr. God plads ved den stille pool på alle tidspunkter. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Cons:

Træningscenteret kunne være større - og lidt flere hold med eksempelvis yoga og måske en padelbane mere.
