Pros:

Room was ok. Great location. One issue, you have to pay to park at the hotel? Was unaware of this since none of the othe hotels in the area do this. So when shopping around, the rate looks lower than what it really is. Seems a little shady.

Location perfect

Cons:

Rooms where not great. Faucet was falling off in tub. Sofa bed really old and dingy. TV not able to play regular TV just Netflix. Pet friendly but no real grass area to relieve themselves

Ok for 1 quick night
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Sheets were rough and felt overused with balls of fabric on them, towels had hair on them, cups for ice had a piece of chewing gum stuck to them. Lots of outside noise from other guests and random patrons on the hotel property.

Close to beach and restaurants

Cons:

You have to pay 12$ a day to park in the hotel parking lot when you are a paying guest at their hotel! However anyone else can just pull in and park there when they aren't even guest at the hotel! We saw several people pull in and walk to restaurants and there was not a hang tag in their car so they were NOT hotel guest. It's ridiculous paying guest are charged 12$ a day to park

Pros:

Quiet until the sun went down

Cons:

Side street blazing sun through the window! We were seeking one night quiet for a layover and got a room with a party view. Also it won't let me rate cleanliness or facilities. I'd pack some cleaning wipes at the least.
