The location to the beach was it.
The staff, the drunk college kids, the small room, the lack of towels and clean stocked room when we got there.
Close to beach
There were conflicting posts about paying for parking, not sure why a hotel charges extra for it but $30 for 2 days was excessive

The location was just a block from the beach. It was convenient to restaurants and stores. Short drive to Rehoboth Beach
The staff tried to be helpful, but their system was a mess. I was assigned two rooms. When I arrived each time, there were already guests booked in the rooms. Also, some of the staff did not seem that knowledgeable about the workings of the hotel - maybe new employees. Because my room was on the Coastal Avenue side of the hotel, there was loud noise from a band playing at a restaurant until 11pm. Charged a fee for parking. That was certainly not made clear on the website.
The room was relatively clean.
The bathroom shower had hair in it when we arrived. The toilet ran the entire time, we were there. And the bathroom fan did not work.

The staff over charged me denied it and was extremely rude I had to dispute the charges with my bank because they refused to fix the issue
Called front desk one night due to a occupant pounding on a door. No one came out to tell them to stop, they continued to pound on door and be rude while my room was trying to sleep. In my opinion if there is repeated noise complaints they should have been removed from hotel.
Location pet friendly not ridiculous prices
Book ahead and get extra charges at the sight online says everything pre paid for but I had to pay 65$ more for parking and security 🤷🏼♂️! Kinda kills the deal !
It was pet friendly, I dont have a dog right now so it was great getting to see & say Hi to all the other dogs, it was close to everything, lots of great places to eat that were walking distance away
