A fantastic hotel with great service and an amazing view of Mt. Fuji
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with polite, friendly and helpful staff. The view of Mt. Fuji from our window was amazing. We never shut the curtains. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of very good food. We paid for evening meals and thoroughly enjoyed both French and Japanese multi course dinners. A free glass of wine before dinner was a nice touch. The shuttle bus system was well organised and efficient which we appreciated being a distance from Kawaguchiko.

Cons:

For the price, the room was small and there was very little space to unpack and store our things.

Memorable!
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful. Its location gives you an unobstructed view of Mt Fuji. The staff are friendly, service is excellent. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent spread of western and Japanese food. There’s complimentary hot and cold drinks throughout the day. They have complimentary snacks in the afternoon and complimentary noodle soup for late evening. I would stay in this hotel again.

A fabulous escape with stunning views of Mt Fuji
Pros:

The views were second to none- great service and facilities

Cons:

The set menus were great but given the lack of choice there was far too much offal on the menu. It was also disappointing that the next course was being served while I was still eating the previous course. Some of the courses lacked flavour and were underwhelming.

Magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji !
Pros:

La vue sur le mont Fuji, les bains privés de l’hôtel et le petit déjeuner. Personnels agréable et accueillant.

Cons:

Le repas du soir n’était pas fameux, j’espérais mieux. Repas gastronomique qui se voulait français mais malheureusement très loin de la vraie cuisine française.
