Very comfortable and warm stay! The room and dining room has wonderful view of Mt.Fuji. The hot spring is also comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were amazing.

Vista incrível do Monte Fuji e Lago Kawaguchi. Existe transfer entre estação e hotel nos dias do checkin e checkout.

Cons:

O jantar em estilo francês é bom, mas não é um ponto alto para um estrangeiro que busca comida japonesa típica. Não voltaria a reservar o jantar em estilo ocidental. Existe a opção de reservar o tepanyaki por uma taxa adicional. Escolheria essa opção ou reservaria apenas com o café da manhã (esse é imperdível).

Luxury hotel with truly stunning Fuji Views.
Pros:

Stunning view of Mount Fuji, balcony baths, Onsen,restaurant for dinner, staff were so lovely.

Cons:

Limited options if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel in the evening. Could have had a bit more info about the lovely walks around the north shore which we only discovered on the last day.

A entrega de serviços no quarto. Por exemplo, pedi um vinho no quarto e tive que descer somente para assinar o pedido. Isso poderia ser feito diretamente na entrega no quarto.
