We enjoyed our stay there very much and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
Pros:

The View was exceptional, the room was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. Location was good for us as we had a car but parking was provided. A happy hour occurred daily with free wine, hot beverages, soup, rolls and dessert items which we partook of each of the five days we were there. We sat at the lounge area for this with a magnificent view out to Mt Fuji.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited in its variety and the food was not replenished regularly enough.

Amazing hotel for a relaxed few nights with an excellent view of Fuji. We loved the onsen and private bath. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy enough to get Uber Taxis for transport in the area

Отличный отель. Мы брали номер с видом на Фуджди (бел дождь и Фуджи спряталась, но на рассвете немного дала на себя полюбоваться ) в номере на 4-х в спальне нет окна- только в гостинной- зато на весь городок и озеро и гору, если повезет с погодой. Очень рекомендую онсен (особенно общий) замечательная сауна, хамам и джакузи под открытым небом- это гораздо круче, чем мини приватный 1,5*1,5 метра (хотя конечно можно успеть все), особенно приятно мороженое после онсена и массажер для ног, и ужин с завтраком тоже очень порадовали. Возле отеля музей кимоно - очень рекомендую сходить к открытию (волшебная территория и кимоно восхитительные). Отель мне очень понравился, обязательно вернусь, если будет возможность

Rooms were large and comfortable and facility was lovely. Great views of Mt. Fuji, excellent breakfast spread. Would stay again.

Cons:

Would have helped to know there was a microwave available on site since we did not know that was an option (and elected to not eat the formal dinner).

Signage for the private onsens could be better. We only discovered these on the morning we were checking out (they’re near the public bath fyi)
