The room is in the style of a European castle, very beautiful. It offers a magnificent view of Mount Fuji (just like in the photos), a good breakfast and dinner, and convenient transportation from the hotel to the train station (with a pleasant driver). I really liked it.
Tudo perfeito, comida deliciosa e linda vista do Monte Fuji!
La navette plusieurs fois par jour pour aller jusqu'à la gare. Notre chambre vue mont fuji c était juste incroyable. Des bains privés en plus des bains publics. La restauration est très bonne. Le personnel est topissime
Le café et les jus
The view of Mt Fuji from my room is just magnificent. The room size is decent for a family of three.
All good
שירות מצויין, תמורה למחיר, ריזורט מעולה עם שתייה חמה ויין חופשי, בערב ארוחה קלה וראמן
לקחנו חדר עם מרפסת ואמבט היה מרווח נורט
קצת מבודד
The place was gorgeous, both the hotel and room as well as the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Despite the remote location, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko station. The bathtub on the balcony was amazing and I was lucky enough to have mine have a view on Mt Fuji (unfortunately it was cloudy the entire time I was there so I did see it at all). Breakfast was the most diverse I had seen in Japan.
The room had poor sound isolation and you could hear not only your neighbors but also all the water and piping noises. Cleaning could also have been done better for the price I paid honestly, there were way too many spiderwebs in the corners. And be warned that the free food options outside of dinner are not what they seem. Their "light meal" should not even be considered a snack, it was barely a tiny round bread with some jam and a small glass of wine or juice. With all restaurants around closed early and the nearest kombini a 20 minutes walk, my advise would be to eat out in advance or have dinner in the hotel (but that also costs a pretty sum and you need a reservation). The free ramen at 10:30 PM is honestly poor quality, small quantity but at least I didn't go to bed on an empty stomach. The hotel also has two different elevators depending on which floor your room is on so beware that there is a bit of walking, especially if you have to rush for the shuttle in the morning.
The bath with view of fuji
The partial view at breakfast
I loved that they put on snacks at 6pm and you can have ramen after10.30 if you wished and you could have all the free hot drinks and ice blocks you wanted, the staff were so friendly and the view from that hotel was amazing!!!
Not much - just that to get back to your hotel you had to catch a cab, cause it was way to long to walk
