Vista incrível do Monte Fuji. Sensacional. Os funcionários também são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Os onsen também são fantásticos.

Excellent stay, excellent views!
Pros:

The view was amazing, the hotel was very pretty too. The private onsens were quiet and clean

Cons:

We wanted a bar during the afternoon and late evening but there wasn’t one, there is free house wine between 1 and 7pm. There’s not much to do past 7 pm. You’re also a long way from town. Taxis around £10 to the close end of town. Bus is cheap but a takes a while and can be busy.

Pros:

The views of Mt Fuji are amazing. Complimentary evening wine, hot cocoa, and snacks were nice. Breakfast was bountiful and the multi-course dinner was a dining experience! The shuttle to/from the bus station was convenient. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the staff is amazing! I haven't felt that pampered in ages!

The view - 10/10, the hotel as well!
Pros:

Quite literally the best stay. The hotel was very nice - great breakfast, great room and great amenities. I would definetly stay again.

Cons:

There is nothing I did not like. I loved the hotel!

A disappointing stay given the cost and expectations.

The overall experience did not match the price point of over $550 per night.

The room had constant white noise, likely from the air conditioning or a nearby motor, which made it difficult to relax. The view was also obstructed, which was disappointing. In addition, the room felt outdated, and the sofa mattress was not comfortable enough.

The restaurant was not available for dinner, limiting dining options.

Service was underwhelming. Instead of addressing concerns meaningfully, staff pointed out small complimentary items like ice cream, which did not feel like an appropriate response. At times, the interaction came across as slightly rude.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for this price range.

A truly exceptional stay that feels like stepping into another world
Pros:

Exceptional experience, the facilities were above and beyond our expectations, with private onsens for tattoo’d brits like myself, so we can still enjoy the experience. The view of Mount Fuji was breathtaking, it could not be more perfectly situated. Lots of food and drink services included in our stay meant it really felt like an exclusive stay.

We loved our stay at La Vista and would stay there again. It was an excellent hotel and we left feeling extremely relaxe

The property was exceptionally clean, staff very professional, excellent amenities and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent views of Fuji.

Cons:

It was slightly far from town however the free shuttle that the hotel offered to Kawaguchiko Station helped bridge this gap.

The best views!
Pros:

Stunning property with fabulous views of Mt Fuji. Amazing dinner at extra charge but well worth it. All staff exceptional. Bath on the balcony was a great extra.
