Pros:

The breakfast was good. I enjoyed the bottomless coffee and while there were only a few options to eat, they were all well prepared and tasted good. I have zero complaints with the food provided.

I could not get the air conditioner to really cool down the room. I had it set for 67 but it stayed 75 the entire stay.

People excellent, some issues with the room.
Pros:

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly!

Cons:

Shower head had a constant stream coming out while trying to fill the tub for a bath, made a big mess! Toilet seat was loose and very flimsy, bathroom door had a part of the wood loose.

The bed was terrible, and the bedding was terrible.and one of the lamps was broken when we got there. There was no clock like stated there was. The TV wouldn't work, we had to have the staff to fix it.dead spider in the bathroom. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Cons:

I stayed at the same place 2 weeks before, was great. This time my shower had mold around the base and walls of shower. The hot water was not hot either.
