Prolly the location and cleanliness and all needed. Accesories were provided

Cons:

For 11 k breakfast was not included where in novotel and other hotels for even lesser price include breakfast and airport drops. The breakfast was very very very average. Novotel wins with food hands down i feel Holiday inn is in no comparison to them. Breakfast service was disappinting delayed orders etc. No person escorts to the room too nust handover key and go to your room

At the time of check-in, we were extremely disappointed when we entered the room, as it had a very strong cigarette smell. I immediately went to the reception to raise the issue and was surprised to learn that the room assigned to us was officially categorized as a non-smoking room. They did change our room as i refused to stay in that room.

I am unsure how the housekeeping team cleaned and cleared the room as suitable for guests, as the smell was unmistakably that of a smoking room. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. The quality of the food, including the juices and coffee, was below expectations.
