Waste of money and poor
Pros:

Nothing to say much other than outside look

Cons:

Outside look good but not good in terms of room amenities. Bathroom is not clean .. when we ordered food in room dining, foods are not hot . They make me forgot to drink coffee the way they gave me.. not worth for price .. too much prize for the worst food

Good rooms, poor experience
Pros:

Clean rooms, staff is good with cleanliness

Cons:

Unresponsive staff. Had to call in room dining at least 4-5 times for them to even pick up. I've been asking for receipts for the food I had and they keep saying we'll call you back and never do

Exceptional Stay & Outstanding Dining at Cafe G!

I had a wonderful overall experience during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Chennai OMR IT Expressway. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a perfectly relaxing environment.
A special mention must go to Cafe G! The food spread was top-notch with great variety and excellent flavors. A huge shoutout to Rohit at Cafe G for his exceptional hospitality and attentive service—he made sure our dining experience was seamless and memorable.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Chennai. Will definitely be returning!

improve required form staff side , room size based on the price
