Cleanliness
Lukewarm water in bathrooms; low volume intercom; inadequate drinking water in room; non provision of wifi pw unless requested and you have to use it everytime for access
The staff, the reception and especially the boy named Suleman was really very very good starting from his service to his behaviour everything perfect, was a nice stay
Staff was courteous, helpful and hardworking. Specially Mr. Bikram who's working in the front desk. He by himself helped me with check in process and solved my query although it's busy day for them

We stayed 2 nights as part of a group attending a wedding. This is an old,run down property. With poorly trained staff. on entering our room the cover for the keycard fell off and electricity stopped. The toilet tank leaked water into the bowl and no one came to fix it on complaint. The flush buttons need to be held down long to work.On the next day,staff forgot to replace bath towels and the tea bags.The power sockets do not securely hold plugs so we had to prop them up with books packages etc.
The only redeeming feature was the one touch service who did their best to manage a depressing place.
FAB treatment was very good Ms Prayarna helped us a lot.
Luckily it was my birthday and they surprised me with very beautiful decoration in my room and it was really beautiful and with a good cake pastry
We arrived at 18:00, and the guest queued in frount of me take too long to check in about 20 minutes, while we want to check in fast and sleep a few hours before our flight at that night.
The road in frount of the hotel is under construction when we stay there, it is noisy and dusty. I have to say outside of the hotel, the air really smell bad. The rest of hotel is OK.
We have been staying at Holiday Inn Chennai for the 12 days, and over the last few days we've experienced truly excellent service. The crew members are incredibly supportive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile.
A special thanks to Paul and Vijay Sir and chef Akshay and all the staffs for their outstanding service and dedication. They always go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of.
Their professionalism and kindness have made our stay even more enjoyable.

This review is for the swimming pool section only. Our child learns swimming under the excellent guidance of Mr. Nirupan from the Just Swim Academy. The kids love him for his patience and jovial disposition. As for the pool, it is clean and well maintained; with comfortable beach chairs around. My only suggestion would be to make it temperature controlled as the water can get quite cold in the winter months.
