At the time of check-in, we were extremely disappointed when we entered the room, as it had a very strong cigarette smell. I immediately went to the reception to raise the issue and was surprised to learn that the room assigned to us was officially categorized as a non-smoking room. They did change our room as i refused to stay in that room.

I am unsure how the housekeeping team cleaned and cleared the room as suitable for guests, as the smell was unmistakably that of a smoking room. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. The quality of the food, including the juices and coffee, was below expectations.

Needs better responsiveness and quality inspection.

property location is very functional in terms of transport, eateries etc.

Cons:

I made about eight calls to the room service which they ignored 50% of the time. The air conditioning in the room was not sufficiently cooling due to which I decided to spend the night at a friend’s place.
